hospital. The caller said
that no one was around.

of an unwanted subject at a
Lexington business.
-MCSO responded for
a boat assist in Boardman.
The boat was being towed
from the 40-mile marker to
the Boardman Marina.
-MCSO arrested Amy
Lee Riley, 31, on several

was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail with $20,000
and $1,356 bail amounts.
Another warrant had no
bail.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon subject that
a stereo was so loud it was
vibrating their windows.
They reported they had
their TV on high and could
not even hear it. A deputy
checked the area and was
unable to locate the noise.
-MCSO received report
of cows in the road and by
the road between Lexington
and lone on Hwy. 74.
-Irrigon A m bulance
received report of a female
in Irrigon with chest pain.
She was transported to
Good Shepherd Hospital in
Hermiston.
September 1: -Morrow
County S heriff’s Office
received report of a trespass
in progress in Irrigon with a
kid outside trying to break
into his neighbor's house
through a side window
around 1 a.m. The subject
was described as about
5’ 10” with a black shirt,
black pants, black hair and
appears to be a teenager.
A deputy checked the area
and was unable to locate
the individual matching that
description.

lone that she had gone
to her deceased father’s
residence to do some work
and discovered the latch
and screen were sliced and
a microwave taken.

that the Umatilla County
Sheriff’s Office arrested
Christine Eileen Johnson,
34, on a Morrow County
Circuit Court warrant. She
was lodged at U m atilla
County Jail with $30,000
bail.
-MCSO cited Eva Lou
Swain, 78, for Violation of
the Basic Rule, 76 mph in
a 55 mph zone.
-MCSO received report
o f a brindle boxer with
a collar at her home in
Boardman. She reported
that her sow was getting
ready to give birth and she
was afraid the dog would
mess w ith the piglets.
MCSO responded.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon woman that
the people in the house
on the comer have a band
and they are very loud.
M CSO resp o n d ed and
made contact. He advised
that the music would be off
by 10 p.m.
-MCSO received report
from a Heppner woman that
she had a blown fuse in her
home and she is disabled
and on full-time oxygen
and could not get a hold of
her caretaker. She advised
that as long as she didn’t
move she would be okay
for a little while. A deputy
responded and assisted.
-MCSO received report
from a female subject on
1-84 Boardman that her
63-year-old husband had a
kidney infection and was in
a lot of pain, so they pulled
over at the Boardman rest
area for the night. A deputy
responded and escorted
them to a more suitable
location.
September 2: -MCSO
received a report from the
Coast Guard of a disabled
boat that had been disabled
from the previous night
about five miles east of
Arlington. They reported
that the boat owner was
swimming, trying to pull
the boat to shore, but was
about 150 yards from the
Oregon Shore.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon woman that
a subject had just come out
o f her son’s trailer. She
then said she had already
contacted her son and he
didn’t really care if that
subject was there. MCSO
advised her that her son was
the one to report it, since he
is the owner of the trailer.

alerted MCSO that there
was a motor vehicle accident
on Hwy 730 in Irrigon;
OSP had no one on duty.
MCSO cited two drivers for
Careless Driving.
-A woman in Irrigon
reported that she had a long­
haired Chihuahua kenneled;
ongoing problem with the
dog, which belonged to the
neighbors to the west who
have a pond. MCSO cited
Dalyla Campos-Ramos, 23,
for Maintaining Dog as a
Public Nuisance.
-MCSO was advised
th a t a man cam e into
Good Shepherd Hospital
Em ergency Room with
a stab wound in his leg.
The victim said it was
his girlfriend’s husband.
He said it did not want to
press charges, and that it
happened in Irrigon.
-Irrigon Justice Court
advised that a man went
in to the court to pay a fine
for driving while suspended
and then left driving silver
Chevy pickup on Hwy 730;
subject still had a suspended
d riv er’s license. MCSO
located but was unable to
stop the driver; Umatilla PD
was alerted.
-A deputy removed a
deceased peacock from the
roadway in Irrigon.
-A woman in Heppner
reported that on Thursday
or Friday while she was
gone someone broke into
her house and got through
her security system, went
into her bedroom, fired a
shot at the wall, and then
dug the bullet out of the
wall.

Mendoza, 24, was cited for
VBR 79/55.
-Boardman ambulance
reported that woman called
and advised that there were
guys there trying to beat up
her uncle; advised that her
cousin was beat up earlier
and now the guys were
back fighting with him and
that her uncle and cousin
were fighting now. Female
was transported to hospital,
unrelated to fight.
A u g u s t 2 7 : -A n
employee at a business in
Irrigon reported that a car
pulled into the parking
lot with a male drive and
female passenger; female
got out and walked toard
the old Keglers M arket
and urinated in the parking
lot. Female appeared to be
high on something. Then
a black Chevy pulled up
and the female went up to
the vehicle and gave them
money, and they gave the
female something. Female
then returned to her vehicle
and both vehicles left.
-Wheeler county 911
transferred a call to MCSO
advising o f a father and
son having a disagreement
on top o f Heppner Hill.
No names were given, no
vehicle and no real location
d e s c rip tio n . M CSO
attempted contact back and
reporting person advised
his dad wouldn't give him
the keys to his vehicle.
Subject was asked his name
and hung up the phone.
Attempted contact several
times and it went to voice
mail. No response to call;
not enough information at
that time.
August 28: -MCSO
cited Benjamin Rodriguez-
Evangelista, 26, for VBR
71/55 and Driving While
Suspended/Violation.
-Jam es John Henry
Boyce, 21, was arrested
by C lackam as C ounty
Parole and Probation on
a detention warrant for
probation violation. Subject
was transported to Umatilla
County Jail.
-A woman in Irrigon
reported that she was taking
pictures of her neighbor’s
chickens and a female came
over to her residence and
started yelling, telling her
not to take pictures of her
husband.
-MCSO cited Kendra
Ashley Kashuba, 25, for
Violating the Speed Limit
41/20 in a school zone and
Failure to Carry Proof of
Insurance.
August 29: -MCSO
was advised that Tyson
Lynn Doolin was arrested
on a p aro le v io la tio n
w arran t and lodged at
Columbia county Jail to
be transported to Umatilla
County Jail.
-MCSO arrested James
R. Parrish on an Irrigon
Justice Court Commitment
Order; subject was lodged
at Umatilla County Jail.
August 30: -Morrow
County Sheriff's Office
received report o f a large
black cow out on the road
on Hwy. 74, Heppner. The
caller said the cow was
on a curve and was afraid
someone would hit it.
-MCSO received notice
from an Irrigon woman that
they would be having a
family reunion and would
have music playing. She
wanted to speak to a deputy
regarding noise ordinances.
-MCSO received report
of a red car with a female
there and a hood up on 1-84
Boardman.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d
report o f a subject at a
Lexington residence yelling
at someone and threatening
him. The caller believed
it was a violation of a no­
contact order.
-M C S O d e p u t y
reported being out with
that red car again on 1-84
Boardman.
-MCSO received report
o f a verbal dispute in
Irrigon. MCSO responded
and confirmed it was just
verbal only.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon subject
that she could hear her
neighbors arguing; they
had been arguing all day
and she b elie v e d she
heard the female slap the
male. MCSO responded
and determined that the
argument was verbal only.
The parties were separated.

report from a Lexington
w o m an w ho w as on
v acatio n in R eedsport
that her vehicle had been
stolen. She reported that
her granddaughter was
watching the house, took the
pickup and had not returned.
She was supposed to be
home by 10:30.The caller
said the last she had heard
from the granddaughter,
she was on the east side of
Echo. It turned out that the
vehicle ran out of gas while
being returned and was
off the roadway. MCSO
responded.
-Heppner Ambulance
received report of a female
in her 20s with a back injury
that occurred the previous
day. She was transported.
August 31: Morrow
County S heriff’s Office
re c e iv e d re p o rt from
a B o a rd m a n s u b je c t
that he has had verbal
communication with his
neighbors and they are
calling him names that are
not true. He called back
later to advise that there was
no issue.

from a Heppner woman
who said that her friend
told her that she had been
assaulted.

requested deputy contact.
