Fair will feature a Bob's Best
Home-Baked Bread contest
sponsored by Bob's Red Mill.
Entries may be band-made
or machine-made yeast breads;
only one entry is allowed per
person. Ingredients must in­
clude one or more Bob's Red
Mill flour proucts and one or
more Bob's Red Mill specialty
whole grains.

contest
In honor of Mike Armato's
unending quest for the perfect
loaf of bread, this year's fair
will again feature a bread bak­
ing contest in his memory.
Mike, the father of Maggie
and Joe Armato, li\cd in Hep­
pner and was known for his
expertise in baking and cook­
ing. especially Italian foods.
Bread entered in this con­
test may be of any style pre­
pared with yeast. Bread will
be judged on taste, appearance
and preparation technique.
