Sheriffs Report

she had already spoken with
her neighbor, but wanted
MCSO to make contact to
warn them.
-MCSO reported that
James Ernest Stout, wanted
for three warrants out of
Umatilla County Sheriff's
Office, ran from a deputy.
MCSO was unable to locate
the subject.
-Irrigon Ambulance
received report from an
92-year-old man that he
w asn't feeling well and
his blood pressure wasn’t
registering.
-Heppner Fire Depart­
ment received report of
an automatic fire alarm at
St. Patrick's Senior Center
in Heppner. Heppner Fire
Department and Heppner
Ambulance responded. It
was determ ined to be a
small cooking fire.
June 1: Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office received
report of someone being
pulled out o f a vehicle
stopped in the middle of the
freeway on 1-84 Boardman.
The caller said the vehicle
took off as deputies were
arriving.
-MCSO received request
for a welfare check on his
daughter, who had been
taken cam ping by her
mother possibly at Penland
Lake. A d ep u ty made
contact and determ ined
that the girl was fine.
-MCSO received report
of a small kitten found in
Heppner. The caller wanted
it taken to Pet Rescue.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon woman that
they bought a swimming
pool and left it under their
carport to set up the next
day, but when she got home
it was gone. She requested
deputy contact.
-MCSO received report of
a controlled burn out of
control in Irrigon.
-MCSO received report
o f possible drug activity,
with a suspicious baggie
found in Irrigon. A deputy
responded and seized the
item.
-MCSO received request
for contact from someone in
Irrigon who said that some
cows were “not looking
so good”, with their feet
rotting off and moving at
a “snail’s pace.” The caller
had a video of the cows on
her phone.
-MCSO received report of
issues of cows dumped on
his property in lone.
-MCSO received report of
someone in an old primer
gray colored Chevy pickup,
with no plate on the front of
the vehicle, driving by the
callers house doing 70-80
mph in Irrigon.
-MCSO received report
from an employee in Irrigon
that an individual was trying
to intimidate and threaten
him, so much so that he was
afraid to return to the area
to do his job.
-MCSO received report
of a possible drunk driver
that may be headed from
Hermiston to Irrigon.
-MCS)0 received report of
a Jeep upside down about
a half mile above Blake's
Ranch Rd. near Heppner.
The caller said her husband
was up at the wreck.
-MCSO received report
from a Boardman man that
someone had attem pted
to enter his parents' house
while his wife was there
by herself. An 18-year-
old male was arrested on
charges o f possession of
Methamphetamine.
—MCSO received report
of trucks speeding up and
down Cemetery Rd., mostly
after dark in Lexington.
-MCSO received report of a
gunshot in Irrigon. A deputy
checked the area and wa
unable to locate anything.
Ju n e 2: MCSO received
a report from a Heppner
w om an o f n e ig h b o rs
fighting and yelling.
-MCSO cited Tasha Elaine
Hollis, 29, for Violation of
the Basic Rule, 85 mph in
a 55 mph zone.
-MCSO received report of
an employee at a Heppner
business who accidentally
set off the security alarm.
The alarm company was to
contact her directly to shut
it off.
-MCSO received report
o f a vehicle towed to a
parking lot in Irrigon with
transmission issues, but it
had started to roll back. The
caller said he got the truck
back into the parking lot.
-MCSO received report of
a person outside the MCSO
in Heppner screaming and
causing a scene.
-M CSO assisted in an
attempt to locate subjects
in a vehicle involved in
setting another vehicle on
fire in Umatilla.
-MCSO received report
of a female subject who
had left Lakeview Heights
and was believed to be
hiding in the area of Alfalfa
St. in Heppner. The caller
said that she was more
than likely trespassing on
som eone’s property, but
they couldn’t find her.
-MCSO received report
from a Boardman woman
that a man came to the house
to start a fight. She said
that two men were holding
him down to prevent him
from fighting. Boardman
Police Department arrested
Guadalupe Perez Rubio, 50,
for Assault IV Domestic-
Felony and D isorderly
Conduct. He was lodged at
Umatilla County Jail with
$10,500 bail.
-MCSO received report of
a motor vehicle accident on
Paterson Ferry/Columbia
Lane in Irrigon with damage
to the vehicles. A male
driver in an S 10 pickup who
appeared intoxicated drove
off with heavy damage to
his vehicle. MCSO arrested
Gary Dow Williams, 58, for
Failure to Perform Duties of
a Driver and Driving While
Suspended-misdemeanor.
He was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail with $12,000
bail.
-MCSO received request
for contact from an Irrigon
subject who found a pit
bull a week and a half ago
and said they have looked
for the owner, but then
someone came banging on
their door and accused them
of stealing her dog.
