A Bid Bond in the amount
of 10% of the bid amount is
required with the proposal.
Performance and Payment
Bonds in the amount of the
contract bid amount will be
required of the successful
bidder.
The City will award the
c o n tra c t w ith in th irty
(30) calendar days of the
bid opening. Work will
commence within five (5)
calendar days of the notice
to proceed. The contractor
shall com plete all work
required in the contract
within 300 calendar days of
the stated date in the notice
to proceed.
The contractor will not be
required to have an asbestos
abatement license under
ORS 468A.720.

the trust deed and a notice

86.735(3); the default for
which the foreclosure is
made in grantor's failure to
pay when due the following
sums: Monthly payments
in the amount of $514.05
due on November 2, 2012,
December 2,2012, January
2, 2013 and February 2,
2013 and all Real Estate
Taxes for Tax Year 2009-
2010 ; 2010 - 2011 ; 2011 -

described, the beneficiary
has declared all sums owing
on the obligation secured by

(other than such portion of
the principal as would not
then be due had no default
occurred) and by curing any
other default complained

being cured by tendering
the performance required

tendering the performance

in enforcing the obligation

the singular includes the
plural, the word "grantor"
includes any successor in
