has released the following
report:
-Jaime Rodriguez Mad
rigal, 25, was convicted of
Failure to Perform Duties of
a Driver, a Class C felony,
and was sentenced to three
years of supervised proba
tion, 160 hours of commu
nity service, with numerous
conditions, and $708 in
fines, fees and assessments.
He was also convicted of
Reckless Driving, a Class
A misdemeanor, and was
sentenced to 180 days of
incarceration, suspended, a
90-day driver’s license sus
pension, three years’ bench
probation with numerous
conditions, 50 hours o f
com m unity service and
$168 in fines, fees and as
sessments.
-Rolando Guadarrama
Estrada, 44, was convicted
of Aggravated Theft in the
First Degree-Theft by Re
ceiving, a Class B felony,
and was sentenced to 12
months in the custody of
the O regon Department
of Corrections, two-years'
post prison supervision,
with numerous conditions
and $1,108 in fines, fees
and assessments. He was
also convicted of being a
Felon in Possession o f a
Firearm and was sentenced
to 15 months in the Oregon
Department of Corrections,
with two-years' post-prison
supervision with numerous
conditions and $208 in
fines, fees and assessments.
According to the report, he
may be deported for the of
fenses rather than be subject
to probation. In addition,
he was also convicted of:
Possession of Methamphet-
amine, a Class C felony,
and was sentenced to six
months in the custody of
ODC, one year post-prison
supervision with numer
ous conditions and ordered
to pay $565 in fines fees
and assessments; Identity
Theft, a Class C Felony,
and was sentenced to six
months in the custody of
ODC, one year post-prison
supervision with numerous
conditions and ordered to
pay $95 in fines, fees and
assessments; Frequenting
a Place Where Controlled
Substances are Used, a
Class A misdemeanor, and
ordered to pay $60 in fines
and assessments; Assault in
the Fourth Degree-Consti
tuting Domestic Violence,
a Class C felony, and was
sentenced to 15 months in
the custody of ODC, two
years' post-prison supervi
sion with numerous condi
tions and ordered to pay
$1,178 in fines, fees and
assessments; Harassment-

meanor, discharged.
-Irma Irene Garza, 39,
was convicted of Failure
to A ppear K, a Class C
felony, and was sentenced
to two years’ supervised
probation with 80 hours of
community service, ordered
to submit a written apol
ogy to the victim, undergo
treatment with numerous
additional conditions and
pay $970 in fines, fees and
assessments. She was also
convicted of Unauthorized
Use o f a Vehicle, a Class
C felony, and sentenced
to 24 months’ supervised
probation, 120 hours o f
community service ordered
to have no offensive physi
cal contact with the victims
and no contact with another
victim, ordered to write an
apology to the victim, sub
mit to numerous other con
ditions and pay $1,673 in
fines, fees, assessments and
restitution to the victims.
-Brandon Lee Cleem,
28, was convicted of Un
authorized Use o f a Ve
hicle, a Class C felony, and
sentenced to two years’
supervised probation and
160 hours o f community
service with numerous con
ditions, write an apology to
the victims, and pay $848 in
fines, fees, assessments and
restitution to the victims.
-Marvin Alex Pourier
was determined to have
committed two probation
violations and his probation
was continued with the stip
ulation that he start making
monthly installm ents in
payment of $350 by the end
of his probation.

bation violation and his
probation continued with
art additional 48 hours of
community service and a
$25 assessment paid by the
end of his probation.
