Heppner schools
offer new website
Heppner Elementary
School and Heppner Junior
Senior High School have a
new website for parents,
students and the commu
nity, where anyone can
check out the events for
both schools.
To find the website, go
to the HES website at www.
hes.morrow.kl2.or.us; on
the left-hand side, click
on HES/HJSHS EVENTS
and it will take you to the
rSchoolW ebsite. Parents
and community members
can view by day or week,
or find the “advanced view”
and select the types of events
they would like to look at.
Viewers will also have the
option to print pages.
The other great feature
is the “Notify Me” option
for anyone who would like
to receive updates as things
change or are cancelled. On
the website, click on “No
tify Me!” on the right side
of the page near the calen
dar. Fill out the information
for email or text messages
and select the events about
which you would like to
be informed. The first page
will ask about the sports
activities; click “continue”
to find school events. It is
quick and easy, and a great
way to know about last
minute changes.
School administrators
say they hope Heppner will
find this new website easy
to use and a helpful way of
getting information quickly.
They are also looking for
feedback on the website;
contact Brandi Sweeney
at 541-676-9128 or brandi.
sweeney@morrow.kl 2.or.us
to share your thoughts.
The schools will con
tinue to have school events
on their home w ebsites
and sent home in Monday
folders.
