DOG EXEMPTION, TO
INCLUDE ALL SERVICE
DOGS
The amendment will allow
service dogs to be included
in the licensing exemption
under Title 5, Chapter 2,
Article 3, Section B, in
conform ance with ADA
rules.
The hearing will be held
at 7:00 PM at H eppner
City Hall, 111 N. Main
Street at the September 10,
2012 City Council meeting.
Copies o f the proposed
ordinance amendment are
available for viewing at
Heppner City Hall between
the hours of 9:00 AM and
5:00 PM Monday through

The Morrow County Sheriff's O ffice reports handling the follow ing business:
-Continuedfrom PAGE Jody Lea Hendricks, 40,
EIGHT w'as arrested by UCSO on
sound amplification.
-BPD received a report
o f a vehicle at a location
with door open and no one
around. Owner forgot to
close door.
June 28: -MCSO re­
ceived a report of a female
deer headed south across
Hwy. 730, on the loose in
Irrigon city limits. Deer was
not injured.
-MCSO undersheriff
reported he had located a
stolen vehicle from Umatil­
la County. Matthew Daley
Weatherford, 36, was ar­
rested by MCSO for unau­
thorized use of a motor ve­
hicle (UUMV). Daniel Roy
Walchli, 38, was arrested
for UUMV and possession
of a controlled substance-
methamphetamine.
-BPD received a report
of a female using a Social
Security card that was not
hers.
June 30: -MCSO ar­
rested Bobby Gene Bur­
gess, 46, on Hermiston Mu­
nicipal Court warrant and
additional local charges of
possession of a controlled
substance-m etham phet-
amine.
-M C SO a rre ste d a
33-year-old female on an
HPD warrant.
-MCSO was advised
that D eschutes C ounty/
Bend PD arrested John
Charles King, 41, on an
Irrigon Justice Court war­
rant. Subject was lodged at
Deschutes County Jail.
-An ER nurse called
MCSO to report a subject
had been shot by a pellet
gun.
-MCSO cited Celida
Ramirez Duarte, 40, for
violating the basic rule
73/55.
-MCSO was advised

-OSP contacte MCSO
for an agency assist regard­
ing an armed robbery that
had just occurred at the
westbound rest area near
Stanfield. Suspect left west­
bound on 1-84 in a white
pickup. Suspect armed with
handgun and took the vic­
tim’s wallet.
-MCSO cited Coady
Kalani James Hepton, 22,
for driving while suspended
violation.
-BPD arrested Richard
Nicholas Wilson, 22, for
driving while suspended
misdemeanor. Subject cited
for driving while suspended
m isdem eanor and d riv ­
ing uninsured. Vehicle im­
pounded by A-l Towing.
-BPD cited A udrey
Amber Thunder Hawk, 22,
for no operator’s license/no
insurance. Vehicle towed
by A -1.
July 2: -M CSO re­
ceived a call from a wom­
an in Irrigon who said a
juvenile jum ped through
the window and said he
thought he jum ped into
the wrong house and left;
approxim ately 16 years
old. Deputy responded and
advised subject was going
to a friend’s house but had
the wrong house.
-MCSO was advised a
vehicle was parked in the
bushes behind Station 7.
Driver was taking a nap and
was advised it was private
property.
-M CSO deputy was
out on agency assist with
Umatilla Police Department
with three at gunpoint.
-MCSO received a re­
port from Irrigon regarding
a home invasion robbery
that occurred two hours be­
fore. Male subject assaulted
at the residence; no medical
needed.
-Morrow County Pa­
role and Probation arrested
Jeremy Michael Carroll, 30,
on a Union County Circuit
Court warrant for posses­
sion o f a controlled sub-
stance-methamphetamine
and DUII.
-Miguel Angel Ramos
Lopez was arrested and
released under his own
recognizance for assault IV
and harassment.
July 3: -MCSO issued
citation to John David Han­
na, 34, for failure to use
seatbelt.
-MCSO cited Joanna
Marie Allison, 32, for driv­
ing while suspended viola­
tion.
-BPD received a call
advising them the report­
ing person had caught four
persons in his shop; he had
them there now. The door
was kicked in. Neighbor­
hood kids were the sus­
pects. Unknown if anything
was taken.
July 4: -M CSO re­
ceived report of a water line
broke in neighbors yard.
-MCSO received re­
port o f pills stolen from
residence.
-MCSO was advised
that sotneone dropped of a
pit bull and left it. Dog is
well taken care of and ap­
pears to be friendly.
-MCSO received a re­
port of illegal fireworks,
deputy was dispatched to
location.
-MCSO received report
o f vehicle parked in the
middle of the road.
-MCSO received a re­
port a juvenile riding with
out a helmet, juvenile ad­
vised to wear a helmet.
-MCSO received a re­
port that the neighbor's dog
jumped a fence and charged
them.
-MCSO received a re­
port of a white horse wear­
ing a saddle running down
Division Street in Irrigon.
-MCSO received a re­
port of several subjects near
rodeo grounds fighting, se­
curity trying to break it up.

port of a domestic dispute
in front of the fire hall in

July 9: -MCSO issued
a citation to Kyle Raymond
Sullivan, 21, for driving
while suspended violation.
-M CSO cited A riel
Clark Bradley, 19, for vio­
lating the basic rule 73/55.
-MCSO issued a cita­
tion to Shelley Jean Reilley,
43, for violating the basic
rule 75/55.
-MCSO was advised
of a situation in Irrigon. A
24-year-old male was out
of control, on methamphet-
amine, with possible weap­
ons in the house. Kids in
the house with him, eight-
year-old, six-year-old and
three-year-old; he won’t let
them leave. Reported to be
throwing his wife around
and punched a hole in the
cabinet. Deputies respond­
ed and all parties advised it
was verbal only.
-MCSO received a re­
port of a motorcycle acci­
dent on top of Coal Mine,
possible ankle injury, one
victim, non-blocking, nurse
on the scene.
