bed acute care treatment

mentally ill adults who are
in an acute phase of their
illness. This individual
will be responsible for the
on-site developm ent o f
the facility, as well as the
day to day operation of the
facility once construction
has been completed. In the
first year of employment,
the A d m in istrato r will
w ork w ith the p u b lic ,
contractor, State of Oregon,
and other community and
state agencies to facilitate
community coordination
and development. Nearing
project com pletion and
v
on an ongoing basis, the
a d m in is tra to r w ill be
responsible for hiring o f
facility staff, training, and
day to day operations. The
adm inistrator will assist
the Executive Director in
meeting the needs of the
community, and will report
directly to the Executive
Director. Applicants should
have experience in human
resources, staff recruitment
and retention, working with
the mentally ill, ability to
supervise 20+ individuals
w ith varying levels o f
education, ability to assist
the E xecutive D irector
in managing a large and
complex budget, facility
and program development
and community relations.
