Sheriff’s Report
The M orrow
County S heriff’s Office
reports handling the fol­
lowing business:
April 3: -Irrigon caller
reported to MCSO that
som eone sent email by
phone telling her to kill her­
self. Both parties were told
not to contact each other.
-Irrigon woman called
MCSO requesting infor­
mation on how to get her
belongings from her boy­
friend’s house.
-MCSO received a call
from a woman in Irrigon
who reported people were
prowling around the empty
residence behind her house;
three boys were walking
around earlier but there was
no one there now.
-A male driver near
Boardman inform BPD that
a vehicle sped through the
intersection coming off the
off ramp from the freeway
and left skid marks on the
roadway before going to
the south Shell. A 46-year-
old male subject was cited
and released for DUII and
refusal to blow.
April 4: -BPD received
a call from a man who ad­
vised he had a burglary in
progress at his residence.
Man was armed and be­
lieved he heard the sound
of a gun cocking in the back
room. Call determined to be
unfounded.
-BPD issued a citation
to Juan Rodriguez Pacheco,
41, for allowing an unli­
censed driver to operate a
vehicle.
-MCSO arrested Israel
Cuahua Garcia, 18, on PC
charges of failure to carry
and present. The subject
was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail.
-A caller in Irrigon re­
ported the theft o f span
cables from stored circles.
-MCSO was advised
that a subject turned himself
in at the Umatilla County
Jail on a Morrow County
Circuit Court warrant fro
failure to appear on origi­
nal charges o f unlawful
possession o f a firearm
and unlawful possession of
methamphetamine. Subject
was lodged at UCJ.
-MCSO received a call
from a woman who advised
them there was a tan Hum­
mer off the road and partly
in a field with no on in it.
She was concerned that if
the sprinkler system cam
on it would damage the
vehicle. MCSO responded;
the vehicle belonged to the
farmer’s worker.
-An Irrigon man called
MCSO to report that some­
one took mail out o f his
mailbox; he found it on the
ground opened up.
-MCSO issued a cita­
tion to a 17-year-old female
for driving uninsured, no
ops and failure to use a
seatbelt with a child.
•A man in lone called
to request an ambulance for
a female who was uncon­
scious and not breathing.
