Painting classes

Creative Arts and Crafts
has scheduled an oil paint­
ing class with artist Robert
Walton April 26 and 27 at
the Morrow County Fair­
grounds annex in Heppner.
The class will run from
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each
day with a break for lunch.
The cost is $94 for the two
days.
The class will paint
a mountain scene with a
lake, including tepees, fall
trees and reflections on the
water. The group has water-
based oils if anyone needs
paints. Class size is limited
to 10 people to allow every
student to receive indi­
vidual instruction from the
artist. Call class chair Betty
Mills at 541-676-5546 to
sign up.
In May, the club
will have a watercolor class
with Ann Yoder. Dates will
be set soon, along with time
and location. Laura Rogers
will be chairing the class;
interested parties can call
her for more information.
