Driving While Suspended.
He was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail with $6,000
bail.
-BPD received report that
an SUV was doing some­
thing behind the NAPA
store in Boardman. An of­
ficer made contact and dis­
covered that the subjects
were throwing garbage
away.
-BPD issued a verbal
warning to a subject for
obscured license plates.
The problem, which was a
cover, was corrected.
-BPD cited Angel Flores
Navarro, 69, for No Op­
erator's License, Driving
Uninsured and Failure to
Wear Seatbelt. The vehicle
was impounded.
-BPD received report that
someone broke into a
church and made a mess. It
was unknown if anything
was taken.
