Dry food canning demonstration planned
Thursday and Friday at Fair
Dry food canning demon­
strated above with the canner
to the right and the labeling
and boxing process illustrated
in the rear.
A demonstration of. “The
Skills of Dry Food Canning”
will be held at the Morrow
County Fair on Thursday, Au­
gust 18, and on Friday, August
19, both from 5-6 p.m. in the
Main Pavilion.
Those attending will have
the opportunity to dry-can
their own food. This process
will give dry commodities a
30-year shelf life.
The demonstration is spon­
sored by the Willow Creek
Tea Party Patriots.
