How the planned combination of AT&T
and T-Mobile will benefit Oregon:
Over 97% of Oregon residents, including many
in small towns and rural areas, will be covered
by the LTE network.
More than 500,000 additional people living
in Oregon will gain access to LTE.
An additional 30,000 square miles of the state
will be covered by the LTE network.
Together, we will bring the latest
mobile broadband technology to more of
Oregon
Mobile broadband is taking another major step forward. The network
technology is called LTE and it's a super-fast way to connect to the Internet.
The planned combination of AT&T and T-Mobile will allow us to expand our
LTE mobile broadband network to reach more of Oregon.
Our customers will get a stronger network. The state will get a new choice
for broadband. And more of Oregon will get access to a cutting-edge
wireless network and all the opportunities it brings.
