and the male in question is

that they had assisted Uma

ing equipment and other
items from a residence on
Patterson Ferry Rd. in Ir-
rigon.

report from a woman in
Heppner who said a male
subject wrote a fraudulent
check on his parents’ ac
count. A video showed the
subject signing the check.
The suspect’s father did not
want to press charges and
will reimburse the Shell
Station for the amount.

report from a Boardman
woman that someone had
been sleeping in their travel
trailer. Upon deputy con
tact, she decided she did not
want an investigation.

report of a missing juve
nile.
-MCSO received
report of a gray horse with
spots at a residence on the
Fleppner-Spray Hwy. be
lieved to belong to a subject
at the residence. The horse
was caught, but it did not
belong to the subject.

report that a neighbor en
croached on an easement in
Irrigon. The complaint was
unfounded.

report from the Department
o f Human Services that
a female in Irrigon tested
positive for opiates after
giving birth.

report of broken windows
at a residence on Cougar
Lane, Heppner, probably
caused by BB guns.

from a subject that a Hep
pner resident’s dog tried
to bite the manager of an
apartment. The manager
advised that the dog did
not try to bite anyone, but
did growl. It was reported
that the subject was to be
evicted due to his bring
ing the dog back onto the
property.
-MCSO received
report o f a minor motor
vehicle accident on private
property in Heppner. The
drivers exchanged infor
mation and a deputy made
contact with the reporter.
-MCSO received
report of a fight in progress
with three subjects involved
at the Irrigon Skate Park.
The sheriff responded and
advised that it was kids
playing.
-MCSO received
report that the Irrigon High
School senior class was do
ing a class at the school and
no more than 15 vehicles
would be there.
-MCSO received
report from a subject that
she almost hit a black cow
while driving on W. Eight
Rd., Irrigon. A deputy re
sponded and was unable to
locate the cow.
-MCSO recevied
report from an Irrigon man
that he had been talking to
his wife who stated that she
was on the freeway and was
about to hit a semi-truck.!
He reported that he heard
a scream, then static and
then the phone went dead.
MCSO dispatch contacted
the wife who said she was
sitting in his driveway.

report that a vehicle had
been drawn on the previ
ous night.
-BPD received re
port of a suspicious vehicle
in the Windy River Elemen
tary School parking lot. It
was young people parking.
They said they would move
to a better location.

report from a Boardman
business that a customer
was causing a disturbance
because they would not
let him return a pair o f
sunglasses. A BPD officer
mediated the dispute.
-MCSO received
report of a truck that had
jack-knifed down an em
bankment on 1-84 Board-
man. Law enforcem ent
responded and advised that
it wasn’t a motor vehicle ac
cident, but instead the mo
torist was actually picking
up his bike that had broken
down earlier.

report that gas had been
stolen out of their vehicle
in Irrigon.
-MCSO received
report that a horse was
running about outside Hep
pner.
-MCSO received
request from an Irrigon
resident for the code deputy
concerning a travel trailer
he had just purchased. He
said the previous owners
told him it had to be moved
asap as per the code deputy.
He had until June 1 to move
the trailer.
-MCSO received
request for a deputy to assist
a funeral procession at noon
that day in Lexington.
