The Heppner library continues its summer read­
ing program with a tour o f McNary Dam this Friday, July
15 at 10:30 a.m. Participants should meet at the dam and
bring thiK&wn lunches.
The afternoon movie on July 15 will be “Around
the World in 80 Days.” Friday movies are shown at 2
p.m.

Cutsforth Park over the holiday weekend has been found
none the worse for wear. Shihaisha is now safely back
with her family in West Linn.

Times regarding shed fire in Heppner incorrectly stated
that the fire started at 180 Gilmore Street. The fire actu­
ally started at 160 Gilmore Street and destroyed the shed
on that property. The Gazette-Times apologizes for any
