the 18th day of May, 2011,

the budget message and to
receive comment from the

Plan (TSP). U pdating
the TSP ensures that the
C ounty’s transportation
network will be able to
serve the entire County
over the next 20 years and
that the County is consistent
w ith the req u irem en ts
o f the State o f O regon
Transportation Planning
Rule. Criteria for approval
include the Morrow County
Comprehensive Plan and
the TSP. Final approval of
this revision will be granted
by the M orrow County
Court.
Opportunity to
voice support or opposition
to the above proposal or
to ask questions will be
provided. Failure to raise
an issue in person or by
letter or failure to provide
sufficient specificity to
afford the decision maker
