Vote for Padberg
Please join me in
the vote on May 17, to
retain Marvin Padberg on
the Port of Morrow Com
mission. I had the pleasure
of serving with Marvin for
many years on the Morrow
County Planning Commis
sion. He showed remarkable
insight for the entire county.
Marvin has a remarkable
ability to see the issues,
from both sides, and come
to an acceptable agreement
for all concerned. His lead
ership was missed when he
retired from the planning
commission.
Heppner has one of
the highest tax rates in the
state. Much of it was ac
crued while the challenger
was Heppner’s city man
ager. Among other things,
he went against the wishes
of the people in the pur
chase of some expensive
real estate.
Please vote with
me for Marvin Padberg.
Thank You,
Joe Miller
