The city’s finance director, Thomas Kligel said these
changes were mostly housekeeping issues involving

industrial projects at the Port o f Morrow, potential road
improvements to Tatone Street, and moving funds from
reserves to balance the street fund for the South Main
Street project completed last summer.
In other city business, the council heard a presen
tation from Public Works Director Dave Winters about
the city’s emergency preparedness.
