Sheriffs Report
The Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office reports han
dling the following busi
ness:
-MCSO issued a
citation to Glen Michael
Seay, 45, for Failure to
Yield to an Emergency
Vehicle.
-MCSO arrested
Jesse Allen Salisbury, 23,
for Failure to Pay Fine/
Theft II.
-MCSO issued a
citation to a male subject for
Driving While Suspended
Violation.
-MCSO received
multiple reports of Motor
Vehicle Accidents through
out the day.
-Boardman Am
bulance received a call
advising that the caller had
been bitten five times by a
black widow spider. The
caller stated that he had five
puncture wounds, his arm
was swollen and red with
green liquid coming out of
the wounds. The subject
spoke to his doctor and was
advised go to the hospital.
-Irrigon Ambulance re
ceived a call regarding
a seven-month-old hav
ing trouble breathing. The
caller stated that the child
was drinking apple juice
and vomited. The child
then started chocking and
was now having trouble
breathing. The patient was
transported to Good Shep
herd Hospital.
The M orrow
County Sheriff’s Office
has released the following
report:
November 25: a
Morrow County Sheriff’s
Office deputy reported two
vehicles, a yellow Mustang
and a silver Ford 150, that
slid off the road on 1-84 near
the west-bound rest area
near Boardman.
-MCSO, Boardman
Police Department received
fequest for an officer from
a Boardman man who said
somebody wanted to shoot
him and there were black
people out in the snow who
were out to get him. A BPD
officer made contact and
calmed the subject down.
-MCSO received
request from an lone man
that he wanted the theft
charges against his grand
daughter dropped. The
investigating deputy was
advised.
-MCSO received
report of a driver off the
road on Highway 730, Ir
rigon.
-MCSO deputy ad
vised he was out with an
old slide-off on Hwy. 730,
Irrigon.
-MCSO received
report from a female subject
that she slid off the road
on Bombing Range Road,
Boardman. She reported
she was new to the area and
there was no one to call.
Rene Genyeve Crebo, 22,
was cited for Driving While
Suspended and Failure to
Maintain Lane.
-MCSO received
report that a ’99 black Geo
Prizm slid off the highway
on 1-84 Boardman.
-MCSO deputy,
Boardman Fire Department,
Boardman Ambulance and
Oregon State Police re
sponded to a rollover motor
vehicle accident on 1-84
Boardman.
-MCSO deputy as
sisted a female who slid
off the road on 1-84 Board-
man.
-MCSO received
report that the Boardman
Ambulance was assisting
an Arlington Ambulance.
-MCSO received
report of a non-injury slide
of on 1-84 Boardman.
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon sub
ject that he was the new
owner of some property and
a female subject was going
through the property.
-MCSO received
report of another slide off
on 1-84. A deputy assisted.
-MCSO deputy re
ported he was out with 16
and 17-year-old subjects
four-wheeling. They were
warned that if they rode
them on the refuge near Ir
rigon they would be cited.
The mother of one picked
up the four-wheelers.
-MCSO received
report of a silver pickup that
slid off the roadway and
landed on its side on 1-84,
Boardman.
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon sub
ject that someone hit his
truck in his driveway.
-MCSO received
report of a male who had
been walking around an Ir
rigon store for the past hour
dressed in a black leather
jacket and acting suspi
cious. He was trespassed
from the store.
-MCSO received
request from an Irrigon
woman that she wanted her
mother trespassed from her
residence. She was tres
passed.
-MCSO received
request for a welfare check
on a Umatilla woman who
called her sister in Irrigon
and advised that her boy
friend had been hitting her
all day. She reported that
when the boyfriend learned
she had called her sister, he
forced her to leave the resi
dence. MCSO and Umatilla
Police Department made
contact with the victim.
-Boardman Po
lice Department received
an open line 911 call and
the dispatcher could hear
breathing at the residence.
BPD assisted Boardman
Ambulance. One 45-year-
old woman with severe
chest pain was transported
to Good Shepherd Hospital
in Hermiston.
-BPD received re
port of a white SUV that
flipped over on 1-84 Board-
man.
-BPD received re
port of another rollover on
1-84.
-BPD assisted a
subject in putting on chains.
The subjects requested road
conditions between Tower
Road and Portland. ODOT
was contacted and the sub
jects decided to return to
Hermiston.
-Boardman Ambu
lance received a report of
a rollover on 1-84. It was a
non-injury accident. ODOT
was also on the scene and a
tow was requested.
-Boardman Am
bulance received report of
a pickup that slid off 1-84
near Boardman with un
known injuries.
N o v e m b e r 27:
Morrow County Sheriff’s
Office received report of
two vehicles that slid off the
road on 1-84, Boardman. A
deputy responded to assist.
-MCSO received
report of a large aggres
sive black dog out again
in Irrigon. A deputy made
contact with the owners and
advised them that the next
time the dog got out they
would be cited and the dog
taken to Pet Rescue.
-MCSO received
report of two vehicle roll
overs on 1-84. A deputy,
OSP and a Boardman Police
Officer all responded.
-MCSO received
report that a kid around
eight or nine was riding his
ATV on the comer of the 90
degree turn at Wagon Wheel
and Depot Lane in Irrigon
and the caller believed it
was dangerous. A deputy
made contact and advised
the juvenile and his father
that it was neither safe nor
legal to ride an ATV on the
roadway.
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon sub
ject who was having diffi
culty with his granddaugh
ter. A deputy made contact
and determined it was a
family disturbance, but the
grandmother advised that
the granddaughter could
be at the residents. Both
parties were advised that if
they cannot be nice to each
other, then they should not
communicate with each
other.
-MCSO received
request for a deputy at an
Irrigon residence regard-
mg tenants. A deputy made
contact and reported it was
already an incident.
- MCSO deput y
was looking for a subject
for a civil service attempt.
Her employer advised that
she wasn’t working that
night.
-MSCO, Boardman
Fire Department, Irrigon
Ambulance, Irrigon Fire
Department received report
of an explosion across the
highway from the school in
Irrigon, with a male subject
running from the back of a
building.
-MCSO deputy ad
vised he was flagged down
by a Hepnner subject who
said he and his girlfriend
were verbally fighting and
he wanted her to leave, but
she wouldn’t.
-MCSO cited Bran
di Bernadette Bowers, 23,
for Violation of the Basic
Rule, 74 mph in a 55 mph
zone. She also received a
verbal warning for failure
to carry proof of insurance
and failure to carry regis
tration.
-MCSO received
report that a subject was at
the fruit stand in Irrigon in
violation of a restraining
order. A MCSO deputy
responded and checked
the area, but was unable to
locate the subject.
-MCSO, Boardman
Police Department received
report from a bartender
at Bake’s in Irrigon that a
subject had just assaulted a
band member and walked
out the door. The victim
advised he did not need an
ambulance, but the subject
also damaged some of his
equipment.
-Boardman Police
Department officer reported
a slide off on Main Street in
Boardman. The vehicle got
out of the ditch and back on
the roadway.
-BPD officer re
ported being flagged down
by someone from OLCC
who said that some property
belonging to OLCC was at
the police department.
-Boardman Fire
Department received report
from a subject that his car
was on fire.
-Irrigon Ambu
lance received report from
a woman that her daughter
had fallen and hurt her
knee. The subject was trans
ported.
-Irrigon Ambu
lance received report that
a 16-year-old girl who had
surgery to remove her ton
sils was bleeding severely.
The subject was transport
ed.
