FUNCTIONS:
Under the direction of
the superintendent, plans,
directs, controls anc
evaluates the business
and fiscal operations
of the district. These
services include budget
development and control,
records m anagem ent,
financial reporting and
forecasting revenue and
expenditures.
Responsibilities include
the management of the
district fiscal operations.
R e q u ire s th o ro u g h
knowledge of public funds,
accounting practices, and
the ability to coordinate
the fiscal activities for the
school district.
Establishes and maintains
an accounting system
consistent with state and
federal laws, rules and
district policy. Directs and
supervises the auditing of
all district funds. Prepares
financial and budget
reports, as required by law
and as requested by the
superintendent. Analyzes
and interprets financial
information. Administers
and is responsible for the
operation of the district’s
business office and its
operational functions.

a traffic stop in Irrigon. The
driver and passenger took
off on foot. The vehicle’s
