Light Parade Trophy up lor grabs H H S h on ors v etera n s w ith a n n u a l p ro g ra m
The above trophy is an added enticement to Heppner business
owners to enter a float in the Holiday Light Parade on Decem
ber 16. New this year, the star-studded trophy will feature a
star-shaped ornament on w hich will be etched the name of the
winning commercial entry. The trophy will then be on display
at City Hall. Each year, a new ornament will be added to the
trophy, highlighting the new winning entry. The trophy is
produced by Randall Peterson, who also advised the donor
