Sheriff’s Office reports han
dling the following busi
ness:
April 29: -MCSO
received a report of a dis
pute between a contractor
and a homeowner. The
contractor stated that the
homeowner held him at the
residence by shutting her
driveway gates, refusing
to let him leave without
getting some of his paper
work.
-MCSO received a
complaint of junk vehicles
in Irrigon.
-MCSO was in
formed that Adolfo Ambro-
cio Solano, 19, was arrested
by Portland Police Depart
ment on an Irrigon Justice
Court warrant for Failure
to Appear/ Driving While
Suspended. The subject was
also arrested on another Ir
rigon Justice Court warrant
for Failure to Appear/Driv-
ing While Suspended. The
subject was lodged at the
Multnomah County Jail.
-MCSO received
a report of a verbal distur
bance in Irrigon with the
caller reporting that people
in the front yard were yell
ing and screaming at each
other. The caller was con
cerned that the altercation
would turn physical.
-MCSO was in

arrested by Newport Police
Department on a Morrow
County Circuit Court war

requesting an ambulance
for a 32 year old female that
had possibly overdosed on
medication. The patient was
breathing but unresponsive.

BPD responded. The pa
tient was transported by
ambulance.
-Boardman Ambu
lance received an EMS call
from a male subject who
advised that his 63 year old
wife was shivering and a
bit shaken. He advised that
she is breathing but in and
out of consciousness. The
patient was transported.
-Irrigon Am bu
lance received a request
for an ambulance for an
80 year old male having a
seizure. Irrigon Ambulance
responded and transported
the patient to Good Shep
herd Hospital.
-Irrigon Am bu
lance received an EMS
call regarding a 60 year old
who was throwing up blood
after surgery.
