Sheriffs Office reports han
dling the following busi

-MCSO received report
from a female subject on
1-84, Paterson Ferry, that
she had been in an accident.
An ambulance responded,
but transport was denied.
A MCSO deputy stayed on
scene until OSP arrived and
took over the call.
-Boardman Police
Department cited James
David Mitchell Town, 18,
for Violation of the Speed
Limit, 58 mph in a 35 mph
zone.
-BPD arrested Ash
ley Grace Irwin, 18, on an
Irrigon Justice Court war
rant for Failure to Appear/
Assault IV and Disorderly
Conduct. She was lodged at
Umatilla County Jail.
BPD received re
port of a suspicious vehicle.
The subject was doing envi
ronmental work for the Port
of Morrow.
-BPD trespassed
a subject from Morrow
Estates.

port of a small brown and
white Pomeranian found.

but conscious. Boardman

and one had a baseball bat.
A 21 year old female was
cited for Furnishing Alco
hol to a Minor. She was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail with $6,000 bail.
April 18: Morrow
County S heriff's Office
received report of a vehicle
speeding up and down Riv
erside in Heppner all hours
of the day and night. The
reporter requested extra
patrol and possible radar.

railroad shack and railroad
sign at the end of Tower Rd.
in Boardman.

advised he made contact
with a suspicious vehicle
at the west-bound rest area
on 1=84 Boardman. The
deputy advised the subject
that he could not camp at
that location.

report that the Eugene Po
lice Department arrested
a 24 year old male on an
Irrigon Justice Court war
rant. He was lodged with
$6,000 bail.

advised he made contact
with a suspicious vehicle
in Heppner.

report of raw sewage pump
ing into the lake north of the
campground at the Willow
Creek Reservoir in Hep
pner.

advised he was flagged
down by a male subject who
asked questions concerning
a verbal argument the previ
ous night in Hermiston.
-MCSO received a
911 hang-up call in Irrigon.
It was a child playing on the
phone.
-MCSO received
report from the sheriff of
a fence graffitied in Irri
gon. The sheriff wanted a
deputy to get some paint
from Irrigon Justice Court
and cover it.
-MCSO cited Eric
Benjamin Ramsey, 40, for
M aintaining a Dog as a
Public Nuisance.
-MCSO received
report o f puppies found
abandoned by a dumpster
in Heppner. A subject found
homes for the puppies.
Later a subject advised they
were her son’s puppies and
they wanted $ 100 each for
them. The people who took
the puppies had already
taken them to the vet for
care, but said they would
pay the subject for them.
-MCSO received
report of a male hit by a
car in Irrigon, sustaining
an obviously broken leg
and was semi-conscious.
The reporter said the victim
“came out of nowhere.” The
car was driving approxi
mately 45 mph.
-MCSO received
report from a subject that
her nephew, who had been
drinking at her residence
w ith his friends the previ
ous night while she was
gone, assaulted his mother
in Irrigon. The reporter said
that the nephew and his
mother got into an argu
ment and he tipped her bed
over w ith her in it and then
pushed her. A deputy made
contact and the incident is
under investigation.

received report of fighting
roosters in Boardman; one
had been in a pen for a week
and the subject just brought
another one w ith a chain on
it. The roosters were fight
ing in plain sight and a lot
of people were there.
