The subject was informed

-MCSO issued a ci­
tation to a 17 year old male
his hand.
-Boardman Police
Departm ent reported he
was out with a vehicle with
its hood up.
-B PD code e n ­
forcement officer reported
he was responding to a “dog
at large” complaint from
Desert Springs Estates.
-BPD received re­
port of an audible burglar
alarm going off.
-BPD officer re­
ported he was at a location
interviewing a juvenile.
-Heppner Am bu­
lance reported it was trans­
porting a patient from Pio­
neer Memorial Hospital to
Good Shepherd Hospital in
Hermiston.
-Irrig o n A m b u ­
lance received request for
an am bulance from the
Irrigon Medical Clinic for
someone w ho was possibly
having a heart attack. The
ambulance responded, but
the subject refused transport

his hand.

restraining order to Albert
Leroy Hart, 40.
MCSO received re­
port from an Irrigon subject
that someone left a message
on his phone that said the
caller was a MCSO deputy
and he needed to make
contact.
-MCSO received
report o f a subject seen
drinking by the levy and
had been seen getting out
of a vehicle with a beer in
for Violating the Speed
Limit by driving 82 mph in
a 65 mph zone.
-MCSO issued a
citation to Blake Kettel
Brow n, 49, for Violating the
Speed Limit by driving 82
mph in a 65 mph zone.
-MCSO received a
report of two horses wan­
dering into the caller's yard.
The caller roped the horses
and put them in a corral. A
neighbor knew who they
belonged to and called the
owners.
-MCSO issued a
citation to Roy Richard
Debray, 90, for Violating
the Speed Limit by driving
85 mph in a 55 mph zone.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to J Asuncion Plasencia
Garcia, 63, for Violating the
Speed Limit by driving 50
mph in a 35 mph zone.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Venesa Yanira Na­
varro, 20, for Violating the
Speed Limit by driving 50
mph in a 35 mph zone.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Leticia Jimenez, 42,
for Failure to Obey a Traffic
Control Device.
-BPD received a
report of a male subject go­
ing through garbage outside
of the caller’s home. The
caller requested the subject­
ed be contacted about not
going through the garbage.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Cory James Koertje,
29, for Driving Uninsured.

cited a 46 year old male, for

down on the way to work
that morning between Ir­
rigon and 1-84. He advised
they were trying to get a
mechanic out to pick it up.
-MCSO received
report o f problems with
the neighborhood dogs in
Heppner. One subject was
advised that the problem
needed to be resolved or he
would get a citation.
-MCSO received
report of a car fire in Board-
man on 1-84. Everyone was
out of the vehicle and the
car was towed.
-MCSO received
report of a female pit bull
mix and two pups in the
road in Irrigon.
-MCSO received
report of cows out on Depot
in Irrigon.
-MCSO received a
911 hang-up call with what
sounded like a small.child.
-MCSO received a
report that a subject threat­
ened a worker at the Board-
man rest area on 1-84. Ac­
cording to the report, when
the worker asked the subject
to use another restroom be­
cause the one he wanted to
use was closed, the subject
balled up his fists and told
the worker he would "kick
his a*.”
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon sub­
ject that his neighbor’s dog,
a m astiff that had bitten
his grandson in the past,
was on his property again.
The dog was tied in such a
way that it could get on the
complainant’s property. The
owner moved the dog.
-MCSO received
report o f garbage scat­
tered down Piper Canyon
Rd. However a receipt in
the garbage revealed who
dumped the garbage. Two
22 year old females and
one 24 year old female
were cited for Offensive
Littering.
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon sub­
ject that a long distance
call generated from a web
address in K ansas was
charged to her phone bill.
She said she may know the
person.
-MCSO received a
request in contacting a driv­
er who was involved in a
hit and run in the Wal-Mart
parking lot in Pendleton.
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon sub­
ject that the water main
for the canal in Irrigon
broke near the reporter’s
house and water was ev­
erywhere.
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon sub­
ject that there was a terrible
smell outside, so bad that
the reporter had to go back
into his house. The reporter
said he would call DEQ
on the following Monday,
but still wanted to talk to
a deputy.
