Bara to hold raffle at Fair and Rodeo
Andrew Bara, a junior at Heppner High School,
has been selected to join the Oregon Ambassadors of
Music on an honor choir tour o f Europe July 2011. He
will be holding a raffle during Morrow County Fair and
Rodeo.
Bara has been working this summer for OYCC
and for local people in Heppner and lone to raise money
for his trip.

ing o f the Heppner Garden Club on Tuesday, August 10,
at 7 p.m. in the Heppner Senior Center Lounge. Guest
speakers Don and Jo Ann Shannon will inspire attendees
