Friday, June 11. Heppner’s
Main Street from Willow to

from 2-9 p.m. to enjoy the

out with the Merchant Side­
walk Sale at 9 a.m. Chil­
dren’s games will start at
10:30 a.m. at City Park with

hot dog eating contest will
start 11:30 a.m. at the City
Park for ages 11 to adult.
Morrow County Heritage
and Agricultural Museums
will be open from 1-5 p.m.
and there will be “Bingo” at
the Senior Center from 2-5
p.m. Sweet Productions Ice
Cream Parlour and Diner
will be giving out straw­
berry shortcake starting at
10:30 a.m. until it’s gone.

Student officers Brett Harrison, Devin Robinson,
and Kelsi Putman from the local Heppner FFA Chapter
will be the guest speakers at the Chamber lunch meeting.
They will be giving a presentation and speaking about the
activities that they have been involved in this year. The
lunch meeting will begin at noon and the cost is $9. The
meeting will be held at the Heppner City Hall. Beverages
will be provided.

DA’s Report
The Morrow County District Attorney’s Office
has released the following report:
-David Shane Molina, 31, was convicted of Ha­
rassment, a Class B Misdemeanor, and was sentenced to
40 days incarceration with 30 days suspended. 18 months
bench probation, complete 10 hours o f community ser­
vice, other conditions, and pay $548 in fines, fees, and
assessments. Molina was also convicted o f Contempt of
Court and was sentenced to 60 days incarceration with 30
days suspended, 12 months bench probation, other condi­
tions, and pay $548 in fines, fees, and assessments.
