Sheriff's Report
The Morrow Coun­
ty Sheriff’s Office reports
handling the follow ing
business:
-Continued from Page

-BPD officer ad­
vised he was out with a
vehicle at a location. The
subject was putting out yard
sale signs.
-BPD officer ad­
vised he was out on foot at
Sam Boar dm an Elementary
School.
-BPD received a
request from a subject to
do a house check and the
subject advised he was now
at home.
-BPD, Boardman
Ambulance received a re­
port that an 88-year-old
man had fallen and his care
provider needed assistance
in lifting him. There were
no injuries.
-BPD received re­
port from a subject that
her daughter’s friend had
contacted her on My Space
and advised that her mother
had kicked her out and she
was now living with her
aunt in the Tri-Cities. The
daughter’s friend said that
her aunt had a lot of drugs
and people in and out. BPD
contacted the reporter and
told her she would need
to contact an agency in
Washington, since it didn’t
occur in Morrow County or
the state.
-BPD and Board-
man Fire Department re­
sponded to an audible of­
fice alarm. It was a false
alarm.
-BPD received re­
port from Boardman sub­
jects who reported that their
neighbors were playing
music really loud. BPD of­
ficer advised them to turn
the music down, but the
reporter called back and
said they were still playing
the music. The officer went
back to the residence and
again advised them to turn
the music down, which they
again said they would.
-BPD officer re­
ported he was out with a
vehicle parked on the side
of the road with its lights
on, but no one was in the
vehicle.
-BPD officer ad­
vised he was out with a
commercial vehicle stopped
in the middle of Colum­
bia.
-B oardm an A m ­
bulance received a request
for mutual aid from Ar­
lington Ambulance for a
two-vehicle accident with
unknown injured. Oregon
State Police was also at the
scene. Boardman Ambu­
lance transported a patient
to Mid Columbia Medical
Center in The Dalles.
-Irrigon Fire De­
partment, Boardman Fire
Department received report
of a trailer on fire in Irrigon.
Everyone was reported to
be out of the house.
-Heppner Fire De­
partment received a fire call
on Willow Creek Rd.
-Irrig o n A m b u ­
lance received a report from
a subject that her father was
having difficulty breathing.
There was no transport.

Morrow County Sheriff’s
Office, Irrigon Ambulance
received report of a trailer
on fire in Irrigon. Everyone
was out of the house.
-M C S O d ep u ty
made contact with a female
walking down the side of
the road at 12:19 a.m. She
advised she was just getting
some exercise.
-M C S O d ep u ty
advised he was out with a
vehicle with its flashers on.
The vehicle was having car
trouble.
-M CSO arrested
Brian William Bush, 44,
for Assault IV-section II.
He was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail with $20,000
bail.
-MCSO received
report of a suspicious per­
son walking on the line on
1-84, Boardman. He was
wearing a sweatshirt and
light jeans. The call was
transferred to Oregon State
Police
-MCSO received
report of a couple of deer
hunters tresp assin g on
property on Hwy. 74, lone.
The property owner called
back and advised to cancel
the trespassing report. The
hunters had advised that
they shot the deer on anoth­
er property and they were
just going to retrieve it.
-MCSO received
report of a black dog, just
skin and bones, seen on
Kunze Rd. The dog would
not get near the reporter.
-MCSO received a
report from OSP of a small
white sedan, possibly a
Chevy Impala, traveling
east-bound in the w est­
bound lane on 1-84, Arling­
ton. A deputy was unable to
locate the vehicle.
-MCSO received
report of a vehicle that had
come onto a Heppner sub­
ject’s land which is located
next to the reporter’s land.
The reporter said she heard
a gunshot and then saw two
subjects look at something
and then get into the pickup
and leave. Her husband
went to find out what it
was and saw a dead doe.
The call was transferred
to OSP.
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon sub­
ject that she just got a legal
separation from her hus­
band and the legal papers
say she is the owner of the
car, but he won’t return it.

man Police D epartm ent
received report o f a do­
mestic dispute in progress
in Irrigon. On call back, a
woman said everything was
okay, but MCSO received
several other 911 calls re­
questing assistance. It was
a domestic dispute between
a m other and daughter.
MCSO arrested Troy Lynn
Peck, 39, for Harassment-
domestic violence. The sub­
ject was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail with $3,000
bail. MCSO also arrested
Genie Spencer, 39, for Ha­
rassment-domestic violence
and Interfering with a 911
call. She was lodged at UCJ
with $9,000 bail.
-MCSO received
report from a Boardman
subject that she was getting
harassing phone calls from
another female subject.
-MCSO received
request for contact from an
Irrigon subject who would
like information regarding
the arrest of a women. He
wanted to get his children
back. MCSO advised it
was not the same woman,
although she had the same
name.

Ambulance, Irrigon Fire
Department received report
of a motor vehicle accident
involving six subjects on
Fourth Rd. and Columbia
Lane in Irrigon and block­
ing both lanes o f traffic.
One seven-year-old female
was bleeding from the head.
Gabriel Barcia Flores, 59,
was cited for Failure to
Yield.
-MCSO received
report of a stray white dog
with brown spots in Irrigon.
The dog was transported to
Pet Rescue.
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon sub­
ject that the person who
delivers mail was running
around in the truck that is
used for delivering male.
A deputy advised that it is
the mail delivery person’s
personal vehicle.
-Boardman Police
D epartm ent cited Jorge
Gameros Sanchez, 37, for

Limit, 46 mph in a 30 mph
zone.

vised he contacted a female
subject concerning yard
sale signs she had posted
that were not taken down.
She said she would take
them down.
-BPD received re­
port of an audible burglary
alarm at a residence.

of debris on fire near the
cemetery in Boardman with
no one appearing to be
watching it. Boardman Fire
Department responded and
the fire was contained.

report o f a fem ale who
had passed out from an
unknown cause.

lance received request for
an ambulance for a 34-year-
old male not able to get
up. The call was cancelled
since the subject eventually
got up.

from a subject that here 33-
year-old mother had passed
out in the bathroom. EMS
responded, but the patient
refused transport.

lance received request for
an 86-year-old female with
a nose bleed that would
not quit. The ambulance
responded, but the patient
refused transport.
October 5: Mor­
row County Sheriff's Office
received report of a subject
whose pickup broke down
with transmission problems
past Cutsforth Park and
he had no cell phone. The
subject wanted his father-
in-law to meet him at a
campsite.
-MCSO received
report from Tri-Com that
they had received a call
from a subject who said he
was transporting his friend
who had been shot in the
back of the arm with a .270
round. The wound was no
bleeding a lot and they had
put direct pressure on it. He
was shot around two miles
east of the Morrow County
OHV Park.
-MCSO received a
request for a welfare check
on the caller’s husband.
She said she had called her
husband around 8 a.m., but
the assistant had not yet
shown up. She attempted
to call the aide, but there
was no answer. A deputy
responded and the caregiver
was on the scene.
-MCSO received a
report from an Irrigon sub­
ject that her granddaughter
had called her to tell her she
was coming to her house,
but she did not want the
granddaughter to come to
the house.
-MCSO cited Da­
vid Wayne Keltz, 29, for

79 mph in a 55 mph zone.
-MCSO received
a theft complaint from an
Irrigon subject.
-MCSO cited Joyce
Elisabeth Eidem, 47, for
Driving While Suspended-
violation, Failure to Carry

ure to Register Vehicle. The
vehicle was impounded.
-MCSO deputy re­
ported he was out with a
disabled vehicle. The sub­
jects had help en route.
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon sub­
ject that a 20-year-old male
from Hermiston had threat­
ened to assault her 17-year-
old son during home via
MySpace.
