Sheriffs Report
The Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office reports han­
dling the following busi­
ness:
-BPD advised sub­
jects not to rev their engines
again or they w ould be cited
again.
-BPD received re­
port o f a dog caught on
camera chasing kids. The
owner was warned against
m ain ta in in g a dog as a
nuisance or they would be
ticketed.
-BPD received a
911 call from a Boardman
address. The subjects said
they were try ing to set up
a computer and called 911
by accident.
-BPD received re­
port of a cold burglary of
two city shops on Marine
Drive.

C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice
received report that Am­
ethyst Maki, 31, was ar­
rested by Jefferson County
on an Irrigon Justice Court
warrant and lodged at Jef­
ferson C ounty Jail with
$676 bail.
-M C SO received
report from an Irrigon sub­
ject that a vehicle ran a stop
sign and he had to serve
into someone’s front yard to
avoid hitting him. A deputy
was unable to locate the
vehicle.

Chuck Ephrem, 36, on a
Heppner Justice Court war­
ran t. He w as lodged at
M ultnom ah C ounty Jail
with $6,000 bail.
-M C SO received
report that five RVs were
parked along the road in Ir­
rigon blocking the espresso
stand. M CSO responded
and there w as only one
remaining and it was mov­
ing.
-M C SO received
report of suspicious circum­
stances concerning a man
and a w oman in lone. A sub­
ject thought the male was
stealing his tools. MCSO
responded and the problem
was resolved.
-M C SO received
report o f black smoke w est
o f lone, possibly in Gilliam
County. Tri-Com /Gilliam
County responded and ad­
vised it was from a fire in
Washington.
-M C SO received
report o f garbage scattered
in the road in Irrigon. The
deputy left a card at a resi­
dence.
-M C SO received
report o f a noise complaint
in Heppner. It was a verbal
argument between a mother
and daughter. MCSO re­
sponded and the parties
were separated.
-M C SO received
report o f a possible domes­
tic dispute in progress in
Irrigon w ith loud voices and
glass breaking. MCSO was
unable to locate anyone at
the residence
-M CSO received
report and forw arded to
OSP that four “ Brothers
Speed" m otorcycle gang
members were eastbound
on 1-84.
-M CSO received
report of a truck swerving
all over the road on Hwy.
730 in Irrigon. MCSO re­
sponded, interviewed the
su b ject and determ in ed
the subject was not intoxi­
cated.
-M CSO received
report that a subject was
intoxicated on meth and
needed help on Hwy. 730.
MCSO responded.
-M CSO cited El-
ean Estrada Muniz, 29, for
No Operator’s License.
-MCSO cited Ma­
ria Ines Madrigal Romero,
30, for No O perator’s Li­
cense.

request for backup from
Umatilla Police Department
on a domestic dispute.
-Boardman Police
Department officer reported
he was out with a group of
juveniles and warned them
for M1P.
-BPD received re­
port that a vehicle on 1-84
spun out and went back­
wards into a ditch. -BPD
arrested Daniel Lee Mead,
39 on a Clackamas County
parole violation/DUII and a
Multnomah County Driving
W hile Suspended-m isde­
meanor. He was lodged at
Umatilla County Jail with
$17,500 bail. He was also

911 hang-up call with the
sound of someone gasping
for air. BPD and M CSO
responded and were unable
to locate anyone.

ed a prisoner from Uma­
tilla County Jail to circuit
court.

knocked down a wall in
Irrigon.
-M CSO received
report from a Boardm an
subject that someone called
his cell phone and left a
threatening m essage and
cursed and then called back
and left a message threaten­
ing his life.

possible drunk driver on
Hwy.730 WB. The subject
was negative for DU11, but
warned for failure to main­
tain lane.

advised he was out with
a female with a flashlight
on Oregon Lane in Irrigon.
She was ju st letting her
dogs out.
-MCSO deputy
advised he was out with a
male subject. The subject
was clear.
-MCSO cited
Lance Rardin Anthony, 39,
for Driving While Suspend­
ed-violation.
-MCSO cited Ma­
ria Patricia Gonzalez, 44,
for No Operator’s License
and Failure to Use Seatbelt-
child.
-M C SO received
report o f a vehicle stuck
in the sand on west Eighth
Street in Irrigon. A potato
truck was stuck and block­
ing both lanes. Help was on
the way.
-M C SO received
two reports o f a domestic
dispute in p rogress at a
Boardman residence. It was
verbal only.
-M C SO received
report from a subject on
Hwy. 206, Heppner, that he
hit a deer with his vehicle
and the deer was still alive
and needed to be put down.
An O regon State Police
game trooper was in the
area, responded and put the
deer down.

report request for a boat
inspection. A marine deputy
responded and completed
the inspection.

voir in Heppner. A male and
female were reported to be
at the reservoir, cleaning
their fish on the dock and
throw ing the refuse back
into the water. They had a
tent set up and a dog tied
to a tree. The reporter said
they were there at 5 a.m.
and may have camped there
over the evening. A deputy
responded and asked them
to leave the property.

plus on 1-84, Boardman.
OSP was advised.

report from an Irrigon man
that a male subject was at
his residence who was not
supposed to be there. While
the deputy was en route, the
subject left.
-MCSO deputy re­
ported he was out on a field
interview.
-MCSO cited De­
siree Celeaste Trudeau, 31,
was cited for Driving While
Suspended-violation.
-Boardman Police
Department received report
from a Boardman subject
that broken beer bottles
were in his driveway.
-BPD officer was
flagged down at the Uma­
tilla Electric Building. A
subject reported graffiti on
the Grange building.
-BPD received re­
port of an audible burglar
alarm from a residence.
An officer responded and
determined it was a false
alarm.
-BPD received re­
port o f 11 concrete blocks
stolen out o f a retaining
wall near a soda machine
on Paul Smith Rd.
-BPD arrested Jose
Luis Vasquez Vasquez, 37,
for DUII. He was also cited
for Violation of the Speed
Limit, 44 mph in a 25 mph
zone and tw o counts o f
Open Container. He was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail.

was notified that Shannad-
ouah Gasper, 30, was arrest­
ed by Deschutes County on
Irrigon Justice Court War­
rant for Failure to Pay Fine
for the charge of Possession
o f a Controlled Substance,
Less Than an Ounce.
-MCSO was noti­
fied that OSP had received
a report o f a wrong way
d riv e r at m ile post 153
goi ng e a stb o u n d in the
westbound land. OSP then
received a report o f a mo­
tor vehicle accident at mile
post 154. Boardman Fire
and Boardman Ambulance
responded but were unable
to locate a motor vehicle
accident.
-M C SO received
a report of an audible bur­
glary alarm from a resi­
dence. OSP responded and
made contact.
-M C SO received
a driving complaint from a
driver in regards to a semi
that was swerving all over
the road on 1-84. The call
was transferred to OSP.
-MCSO received a
transferred call from a male
subject who stated he was
very sick and had pulled
off the road at milepost 147
on 1-84. He also stated that
he was a heroin addict and
had not had any for a day.
EMS was paged and MCSO
responded.

a report o f an assault that
ju s t o c c u rre d . D eputies
responded and conducted
interviews.

William Kerry Allen Trox-
el, 51, for DUII. Troxel was
also cited for no Oregon
operator’s license, driving
uninsured and failure to
carry registration. Another
citation was issued for re­
fusal o f a breath test.
-MCSO arrested a
female subject for driving
whi l e su sp en d e d v i o l a ­
tion and failure to appear
to H erm iston M unicipal
Court.
-B PD receiv ed a
report o f drive off at a fuel
station. The driver left with­
out paying for $25 in fuel.
-BPD issued a ci­
tation to Jonathan Edwin
Mason, 20, for unreason­
able sound amp.
-B PD receiv ed a
report o f a m ale subject
with difficulty breathing.
An ambulance responded
and the patient was trans­
ported to Good Shepherd
Hospital.

and was unable to locate
anything.

stances in Heppner with a
person picking up a suspi­
cious item near the Forest
Service Com pound and a
residence without touching
it, and placing it in a baggie.
The subject requested that a
deputy pick the item up.

subject at the rest area. The
caller was transferred to the
Oregon State Police.

report o f someone getting
into fuel and leaving the
hose connected w ith the
valve open, causing gas to
leak out. The caller didn’t
know how much was miss­
ing.

report that Hermiston OSP
arrested Jeffry Alan Slaw-
son, 26, on a circuit court
warrant for Failure to Ap-
pear/two counts o f Reck­
less Endangering. He was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail with $10,000 bail with
addition M CSO probable
cause charges of Criminal
Trespass with $6,000 bail.

out the previous night.

in Irrigon with a male and
female screaming and the
daughter sitting outside for
some time on the porch.

Assault IV-Domestic Vio­
lence, Reckless Driving and
Hit and Run with Property
Dam age. He was lodged
at Umat i l l a C ounty Jail
with $ 18,000 bail. Heppner

report o f a subject bleeding
from the mouth. The patient
refused transport.
