Medical Center in Richland, WA.
At birth K.C. weighed four pounds, four ounces
and was 16 inches in length. Olson weighed four pounds
and was 16 Vi inches in length.
Paternal grandparents are Charlie and Marcia
Anderson of Heppner. Paternal great-grandparents are
the late Frank and Kay Anderson o f Heppner and the late
Harley and Helen Young of Heppner.
M aternal grandparents are Ann Kramer and
George Benson o f Wrangell, AK and Clyde and Joan
Melton o f Celestine, IN.
The Anderson twins were recently featured in
the TriCity Herald as one set of six twins born the same
week.

and livestock producers
can begin applying for ben­
efits through the Livestock
Indemnity Program. This
assistance program is con­
tained in the 2008 Farm
Bill.
The Livestock In­
dem nity Program ( LIP)
provides Financial a ssis­
tance to producers for live­
stock deaths that result from
natural disaster. LIP com ­
pensates livestock owners
and contract growers for
livestock death losses in
excess o f normal m ortal­
ity due to adverse weather,
including losses due to hur­
ricanes, floods, blizzards,
certain diseases, wildfires,
extreme heat and extreme
cold. Eligible losses must
have occurred on or after
January 1,2008, and before
October 1, 2011. Note that
