ner Common Council will
hold a public hearing on
the adoption of Ordinance
Number 566-09, an or­
dinance regulating social
gaming, adopted under
the provisions of ORS
167.121, and providing for
licensing of such games.
Copies of the ordinance
are available at City Hall
for public examination.
This is a public meeting
where deliberation of the
Common Council will
take place. Any person
may appear at the meeting
and discuss the proposed
ordinance with the Coun­
cil.
