Sheriff's Office reports han­
dling the following busi­
ness:
-Continued from Page SEVEN
-BPD received re­
port from a male subject in
Boardman that an lone man
was actively pursuing a
13-year-old and was letting
her drink at the residence.
-BPD received re­
port of something off the
road glow ing, possibly an
upside down car over the
embankment. It turned out
to be burning embers from
ODOT burn piles.
-B PD re c e iv e d
report of a male subject
who hit his mother. BPD
arrested Roy M. DeYoung,
29, for Harassment. He
was lodged at the Umatilla
County Jail with $6,000
hail.

row County Sheriff's Of­
fice, Irrigon Ambulance
received report that an
89-year-old Irrigon man
was non-responsive. He
had been previously re­
leased from the hospital for
pneumonia. He was trans­
ported to Good Shepherd
Hospital.

EMS, H eppner A m bu­
lance received report from
an lone woman that a 63-
year-old man had called his
mother from an unknown
location and said, “Help
me.” Subject was located
and was okay.
-MCSO, Depart­
ment of Human Services
reported that an Irrigon
male subject had been ar­
rested by the MCSO for
physically harming his
daughter.
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon
woman that she had re­
ceived a fraudulent check
in the mail.
-MCSO received
report of a possible truancy
issue with a Heppner High
School student. The HHS
principal and a city worker
located the student stuck in
a vehicle and advised him
if “he was too sick to miss
school, he was too sick to
be driving around.”
-MCSO received
request for assistance from
a deputy with a language
arts class project.
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon sub­
ject who said a drunk man
had thrown a brick and told
small children to watch his
beer. MCSO arrested Eve-
rardo Sanchez Jimenez,
35, for Disorderly Conduct
and Criminal Mischief K.
He was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail with $10,500
hail.
