report o f an assault that had
just occurred at the alterna
tive school in Irrigon involv
ing one female and two male
subjects.

911 call regarding a d is
pute involving the caller’s

The parties were separated
and the grandfather left the
residence.
-MCSO responded
to a theft complaint and is
sued a citation to a juvenile
male for felony possession
of a firearm (x2).
-MCSO received a
theft com plaint regarding
a female that had taken the
caller’s pink iPod from the
high school in Irrigon.
-MCSO received a
report o f shots fired between
the courthouse in Heppner
and Pioneer Memorial Hos
pital. The caller stated that
he heard 15 gunshots.

Ramirez, 34, for violation
o f the basic rule by going 78
mph in a 55 mph zone.
