dling the following busi­

Jan. 14: -MCSO is­
sued a citation to David R.
Spaulding, 75, for violating
the basic rule by going 74
mph in a 55 mph zone.
-M C S O is su e d a
citation to Robert Henry
Hieldbrandt, 44, for no op­
erator’s license and failure
to use a seatbelt.
-MCSO issued a ci­
tation to Jazmin Stephanie
Cervantes, 18, for going 72
mph in a 55 mph zone.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Gerald Franzen, 65,
for violating the speed limit
by going 39 mph in a 25
mph zone.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Juan Amaya O rel­
lana, 23, for violating the
speed limit by going 29 mph
in a 20 mph school zone.
Orellana was also cited for
no insurance.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to G erardo V illegas
Salazar, 27, for going 39
mph in a 25 mph zone.

received a report of an alter­
cation from a trailer space in
Heppner. It was determined
to be a verbal argum ent
only.
-MCSO was notified
that Jareb Daniel Saurman,
24, had been arrested by
Bend PD on an IJC warrant
for failure to appear/driving
while suspended.
-MCSO received a
report o f an assault that had
just occurred at the alterna­
tive school in Irrigon involv­
ing one female and two male
subjects.
-MCSO received a
911 call regarding a d is­
pute involving the caller’s
g ran d fath er and m other.
The parties were separated
and the grandfather left the
residence.
-MCSO responded
to a theft complaint and is­
sued a citation to a juvenile
male for felony possession
of a firearm (x2).
-MCSO received a
theft com plaint regarding
a female that had taken the
caller’s pink iPod from the
high school in Irrigon.
-MCSO received a
report o f shots fired between
the courthouse in Heppner
and Pioneer Memorial Hos­
pital. The caller stated that
he heard 15 gunshots.
-MCSO issued a ci­
tation to Ricardo Monroy
Ramirez, 34, for violation
o f the basic rule by going 78
mph in a 55 mph zone.

Clifford Eugene Miller, 51,
for DUI1. Miller was also
issued citations for DUI1
.16 and failure to maintain
lane.

call from a male subject
who stated that people were
knocking on his neighbor’s
