Pacheco, 37, for driving
while suspended viola­
tion and driving uninsured.

-Heppner Am bu­
lance received a 911 call
regarding a 59 year old male
with difficulty breathing.
The patient was transported
to Pioneer Memorial Hos­
pital.
-Boardman Ambu­
lance responded to a call
regarding a 40 year old male
with injuries from a trip.

report from a woman in
Boardman that her ex-boy-
friend had been tackling
her over the past hour and
broke the window in their
house with her head. She
locked herself in the vehicle,
but the ex-boyfriend had
the key in the residence.
MCSO arrested Bennie Joe
Madden, 51, on probable
cause charges of Assault
IV/Restraining Order viola-
tion/Interfering with a 911
Call/Strangulation. He was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail with $24,000 bail.

on a Skamania County war­
rant for Forgery. She was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail with $10,000 bail. Fred
S. Gaede, 38, was cited for
possessing less than one
ounce of marijuana.
