real property to satisfy the
obligations secured by said
trust deed and notice has been

the foreclosure is made is the
grantor’s: Failure to pay the

A Special City Council meeting will be held on Monday, De­

will be to consider a Supplementry budget, to receive and spend
the “Tippage fees” awarded by the Morrow County court to the
City of Heppner.
