received a report from a
caller that a male subject
was com plaining o f heat
exhaustion. Heppner Fire
Department responded for
mutual aid.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Hepp­
ner that someone had driven
off without paying for their
gas.
-BPD received a re­
port from a caller that a
vehicle was going don the
east bound side o f 1-84 in
the wrong direction.
-MCSO issued a ci­
tation to Dana Dee Dirks,
52, for doing 81 mph in a
55 mph speed zone.
-MCSO issued a ci­
tation to a male subject for
an open container.
-MCSO reports that
a male subject and female
subject in H eppner were
having a verbal dispute.
-BPD received a re­
port from a caller that some­
one big pasture sprinklers
were spraying his drive.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller who
states that a nine year old
and a four year old child
were left with her when their
sitter had to leave, due to the
guardians not showing up
when they said they were
going too.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir-
rigon that a male who had
trespassed from the bar was
coming in and bothering the
female patrons.
-BPD received a re­
port from a caller that there
w ere four ju v e n ile s in a
vehicle parked suspiciously
outside his residence. Two
citations were issued for
MIP.
-BPD arrested Leon­
ard Arthur Brown, 36, for
DUI1 and also cited for fail­
ing to maintain lane.
-BPD issued a c i­
tation to Donrae Lamont
Waithe for violation o f the
speed limit o f 48 mph in a
30 mph speed zone.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to April Annette Collier,
44, for dog at large.
-BPD arrested Vicki
Suzanne Gorham, 60, on a
warrant for failure to pay
fine. Subject was lodged at
Umatilla County Jail.
-BPD received a re­
port that a homeless male
subject is staying on his
property.
-BPD received a re­
port from a caller that some­
one was using fake money at
their business.
-BPD received a re­
port from a caller that a
female subject almost made
her crash.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Amanda Jean Do­
herty, 23, for doing 43 mph
in a 30 mph speed zone.
-BPD requested an
am bulance for an intoxi­
cated male that fell and hit
his head.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir-
rigon that there was a fire in
the area. The Fire Depart­
ment is doing a controlled
bum in the area.
June 21: -BPD as­
sisted in arresting Kenneth
Tw idw ell, 40, and K eith
Axtell, 39, for possession
o f a controlled substance.
Both subjects were lodged
at Umatilla County Jail.
-MCSO reports that
a carload o f males attempted
to force a female subject into
a vehicle; she ran away.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller that her
80 year old mother who has
Alzheimer’s is missing.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir-
rigon that she was riding
her bike and was attacked
by a dog.
-BPD received a re­
port from a caller that a male
subject was running out and
trying to hit vehicles in the
slow lane.
-BPD received a re­
port from a caller that a male
subject is refusing to take his
medications and is showing
signs o f agitation.
-MCSO issued a ci­
tation to a female subject for
violation o f the basic rule o f
72 mph in a 55 mph speed
zone.
-MCSO issued a ci­
tation to a female subject for
violation o f the basic rule of
74 mph in a 55 mph speed
zone.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Raquel Nino Vasquez,
37, for driving while license
suspended violation.
-Boardman Fire De­
partment received a call o f a
grass fire in two places; no
structures are threatened.

week old baby who was not
breathing to Pioneer Memo­
rial Hospital.
-H e p p n e r A m b u ­
lance responded to an 80
year old female having a
seizure.
June 22: -M CSO
received a report from a
caller in Irrigon that two
intoxicated males are fight­
ing. One was knocked out
and bleeding.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller that that
someone was urinating out­
side the men’s bathroom.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrig­
on regarding animal limits.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon that her husband won’t
let her have her keys.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Hep­
pner that her d a u g h te r’s
w allet was m issing from
her car. The female found
purse in her vehicle later that
evening.
-BPD received a re­
port from a caller that there
are five male subjects on her
property who are carrying
rifles. Officer was unable to
locate anyone.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir­
rigon that several combines
are driving down Hwy 730
and it is causing a lot o f ve­
hicles to pass illegally and
unsafely.
-MCSO issued a ci­
tation to Donald L. Johns,
63, for doing 79 mph in a
55 mph speed zone.
-M C S O a rre s te d
Roy Nunez, 21, for Inter­
fering with making a report,
harassment, and assault IV.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir­
rigon that his kids are with
their mother and her boy­
friend and they are not sup­
posed to be.
-M C S O a rre s te d
Kain Guevara Gomez, 20,
for a DUII. Subject was also
cited for disobeying a traffic
control device and driving
uninsured.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon that a 72 year old male
is in a chair and can’t get up
because his legs w on’t work
for him.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon that her kids had found
a child’s wheelchair.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon that a subject had hit her
17 year old son in the face
and that the subject was at­
tempting to break into their
vehicle.
-Boardman Ambu­
lance transported a male
subject to the hospital who
had taken a whole bottle of
Motrin; his head was bleed­
ing from a fall and making
suicidal threats.
-Boardman Am bu­
lance responded to a female
subject in her eighties who
was complaining o f numb­
ness in her right arm and
tremors.
June 23: -BPD re­
ceived a report from a caller
that some wire was stolen
from business in Irrigon
over the weekend.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Hep­
pner that a bunch o f copper
wire was cut out o f a rock
crusher sometime over the
weekend.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon that three kids started a
fire by lighting a roll of toilet
paper and throwing it.
-MCSO issued a ci­
tation to C laudia Elizeth
Romero Ramirez, 18, for no
operator’s license and care­
less driving.
-MCSO received a
report that three juveniles
have been on their block
for approximately one hour
and she is not sure why they
are there or what they are
doing.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Hep­
pner that he had been trying
to contact his brother and
has not had contact with him
in about six months.
-MCSO received a
report o f a juvenile male
out o f control and breaking
property.
-BPD received a re­
port from a caller that fake
money was being used.
-BPD received a re­
port from a caller that some­
one had passed a fake $ 100
dollar bill.
-M C SO and BPD
arrested Christopher Gon­
zalez, 25, for violation of a
no contact order.
-Irrigon Ambulance
responded to a 53 year old
m ale with cancer having
breathing problems.
-Irrigon Ambulance
responded to a call for a 73
year old male having trouble
breathing.
June 25: -M C SO
received a report from a
caller in Heppner that his
vehicle had been moved out
o f his driveway and moved
to an o th er location. The
backseat had been pulled
up, but nothing seemed to
be missing.
-M CSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon that approximately three
years ago a shop was bro­
ken into and several things
were stolen. The caller had
received a call that someone
had received an item to be
worked on that had their
name on it.
-MCSO issued a ci­
tation to Peggy M aureen
Jam es-G ingerich, 54, for
violation o f the basic rule,
75 mph in a 55 mph speed
zone.
-MCSO issued a ci­
tation to a female subject for
violation of the basic rule of
73 mph in a 55 mph speed
zone.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Hep­
pner that there is a female
subject riding in her wheel
chair up and down the street
and is w orried she might
get hit.
-MCSO issued a ci­
tation to a subject for violat­
ing the basic rule o f 76 mph
in a 55 mph speed zone.
-MCSO issued a ci­
ta tio n to H eath A ndrew
Schiller, 37, for violation o f
the basic rule o f 76 mph in
a 55 mph speed zone.
-H erm iston Police
D epartm ent arrested Joel
Ray Moses, 37, for posses­
sion of meth. Subject lodged
at Umatilla County Jail.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to A J Phillips, 20, for
unreasonable sound ampli­
fications.
-BPD was flagged
down and advised that a
vehicle traveling westbound
on 1-84 was driving slow
with bright lights and not
maintaining their lane.
-Irrigon Ambulance
received a call that a 76 year
old female was having chest
pains.
June 26: -BPD re­
ceived a report that a vehicle
was in the westbound lane
traveling east at a high rate
o f speed with no lights on.

Jerry Lloyd Olson, 54, for
driving while suspended.
-BPD received a re­
port from a caller that a
burglary had occurred and
taken a cash box and also
tried to break into the pop
machine.
-MCSO received a
report that kids were walk­
ing their sheep downtown
and not clean in g up the
dropping left by the sheep.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to a female subject for
violation o f the basic rule,
78 mph in a 55 mph speed
zone.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller that a
car rolled down the hill and
hit her parked car.
-BPD received a re­
port from a caller that gas
and antifreeze had been ci­
phered out o f their vehicles
and that some miscellaneous
tools had been taken.
