Sheriff’s Office reports han­
dling the follow ing busi­

Boardman that she had a
patient that had her oxygen
cord wrapped around her
neck. A deputy responded
and Behavioral Health was
contacted.
-MCSO deputy cited
Rachelle L. M. Wenick, 22,
for Violation o f the Basic
Rule, 70 mph in a 55 mph
zone.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir-
rigon that a male subject
fixed her son’s bike and now
refuses to return it. Caller
advised deputies she is pick­
ing up the bike tomorrow.

Treva Jones, 50, for Failure
to C arry P ro o f o f Insur­
ance.

subject that was jumping out
at cars in Boardman.

row County Circuit Court
warrant for Grand Jury In­
dictment Count I: Unlawful

am ine, and also arrested
Michelle Lynn Fisher, 33,
on a warrant.

M ischief III. The subject
was cited to appear.

Dept, received a report from
a caller east o f Boardman of
a cloud o f chemical drifted
across the road near the stor­
age tanks by the freeway.
The Boardman Fire C hief
responded and determined
there is equipment working
in the gravel pit area and
there is exhaust going up
from the equipment.
March 8: -M CSO
deputy advised to attempt
to locate a subject that ran
from him in Heppner.
-MCSO received a
report that W eston Tyler
K estner was served with
a Morrow County Circuit
Court w arrant for Failure
to Appear/Attempt to Elude
Police by Vehicle, Theft I,
Crim inal M ischief II and
C rim inal Trespass II. He
was lodged at NORCOR on
Gilliam County Charges.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Hep­
pner that his estranged wife
is bringing his child to a
business in H eppner at a
certain time for visitation
and she isn’t there. MCSO
later received another call
that the caller’s estranged
wife did not show up.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Hep­
pner that a dog keeps using
the caller’s yard as a rest­
room and knocks the trash
cans over. The caller wanted
the owner cited.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir-
rigon that he was issued a
restraining order and would
like an officer to assist him
at the residence to retrieve
som e clothing. A deputy
co n tacted the c aller and
advised the caller regarding
the restraining order.

a report from a caller in
Heppner that she had been
trying to call the c o u rt­
house regarding property
taken by M CSO from a
m ale subject’s residence.
The property had belonged
to her great-grandfather. The
dispatcher advised since it
was the weekend no one was
at the courthouse. A deputy
made contact with the caller
regarding the issue.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrig-
on that a subject’s dogs were
out and chasing the caller’s
sister’s cattle again.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir-
rigon that the tires on his
niece’s vehicle were slashed
last night.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller on 1-84
eastbound o f a suspicious
subject w alking tow ards
Boardman. The subject was
w earin g a w h ite t-sh irt,
camo pants and carrying a
flag on a stick.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir-
rigon that a neighbor’s dog
got out o f the yard and
chased a couple o f girls
down the street. The owner
was advised she would be
issued a citation if the dogs
got out again.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller that he
was involved in an accident
and needed a tow and deputy
contact. There were no inju­
ries involved.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir-
rigon that a male subject
was harassing his 18 year
old son and grabbed him by
the throat.
-MCSO deputy ar­
rested Aaron Mac Griffith,
21, for Driving while Li­
cense Suspended/M isde-
meanor. He was released on
his own recognizance.

Dept, received a report from
a subject in Boardman that
a dog was in a car for ap­
proximately two hours and
the w indow s were rolled
up. An officer was unable to
locate the vehicle.

Dept, officer cited Rickey

cited for Violation o f the
Speed Limit, 43 mph in a 30
mph zone.

Carl Greer, 38, on a Morrow
County Justice Court war­
rant for Failure to Pay Fine/
Theft II. He was released on
his own recognizance.

while License Suspended/
Violation.
-Irrigon ambulance
received a report from a
caller in Irrigon o f a 77 year
old male subject who was
having trouble breathing.
March 9: -MCSO
deputy was out with several
subjects in Heppner; one
was lying in the street. It was
determ ined all was okay,
the subjects were playing
hacky-sac.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Lex­
ington that a line was cut on
a farm vehicle in an attempt
to steal fuel and now the fuel
was spilling on the ground.
The caller saw an unknown
v eh icle and thought the
subjects might still be in
the area.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Lex­
ington that a vehicle pulled
into his driveway and when
he went out to talk with
them, the vehicle left. The
caller thought it might be the
vehicle involved in an ear­
lier call. It was determined
not to be the same vehicle.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Hep­
pner that there was a vehicle
in town that looked similar
to the one involved in an
earlier call. A deputy de­
termined it was a different
vehicle.
-MCSO, lone, Lex­
ington and H eppner Fire
depts. received a request
for assistance from a caller
in lone for a controlled fire
that was out o f control. The
caller’s truck blew a hose
and he was unable to get the
fire out.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir­
rigon that she located a de­
ceased small dog, possibly
a puppy, in her yard. The
caller advised she was going
to bury the dog.

ambulance received a report
from a caller in Heppner
that a 64 year old female
had fallen and was not able
to get up.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon that an intoxicated male
subject was riding a bicycle
and become violent when
the caller stopped to help.
Another person advised the
caller the subject had almost
fallen into the lane several
times and was flipping peo­
ple off. The call was given
to the Oregon State Police
and Umatilla County.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir­
rigon that a female subject
was refusing to leave the
property. The caller advised
she borrowed money from
the subject and the subject
wants it back but the caller
does not have the money
right now. There was also
an issue with a puppy. The
subject left before a deputy
arrived.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon o f a suspicious vehicle
at the w ildlife refuge. A
deputy made contact with
the driver and advised him
o f the refuge hours and re­
sponsibilities.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir­
rigon that her stepson was
getting out o f control. They
had an altercation earlier
and he left but came back
and was even worse. The
caller locked him out. The
caller requested a deputy
contact.

report from a truck driver
on 1-84 eastbound that a
vehicle was behind him with
its high beams on, right on
his bumper, and speeding up
and slowing down.

Violation o f the Basic Rule,
40 mph in a 30 mph zone.

Dept, officer advised he was
out with a dog and wounded
goose and waiting for the
arrival o f the Code Enforce­
ment officer.
March 10: -MCSO
received a report from a
caller in lone that he found
four almost new tires in the
road.
-MCSO received a
report that a male subject
drove through or over cones
on a road closed area in Hep­
pner. A deputy contacted the
subject and the subject was
warned.
-M CSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon that someone broke into
his garage and ripped out the
seats to a vehicle.
-MCSO deputy cited
Leslie Kay Trahan, 54, for
Violation o f the Basic Rule,
83 mph in a 55 mph zone.
-MCSO deputy cited
Don Dewayne Fennell, 33,
for No O perator’s License.

a report that Larry Galen
Damm, 45, was arrested on
an Irrigon Justice Court war­
rant for Failure to Appear/
Driving while License Sus­
pended. He was lodged at
the Umatilla County Jail.
-M CSO received a
report from the road depart­
ment that they found a back­
pack with drug parapherna­
lia in it. The backpack was
given to the BENT officer.
-MCSO received a
report from a school bus
driver in Irrigon that a ve­
hicle passed her in a school
zone on Highway 730. The
caller wanted to sign a cita­
tion.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Hep­
pner that her cell phone was
stolen out o f her vehicle.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon that a vehicle came up
their private drive and then
went onto the n eig h b o r’s
farm. Ronald Milton Rice,
21, was arrested for Crimi­
nal T respass II. He was
cited and released to appear.
Lucas Allen G rigsby, 27,
was arrested for Criminal
Trespass II and Unlawful
Possession o f Methamphet-
amine. He was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir­
rigon o f a fight in progress
between male subjects. The
parties were separated.

Dept, received a report from
a caller in Boardman that an
unknown subject entered
their residence and turned
on a light. The caller’s sister
got up to check and the sub­
ject left the residence.
