COMMITTEE MEETING
A Public meeting o f the
Budget Committee of the Town
of Lexington, Morrow County,
State of Oregon to discuss the
budget for the fiscal year July
1st, 2008 to June 30th, 2009
will be held at Lexington Town
Hall. The meeting will take
place on April 16th, 2008 at
6:00 PM. The purpose of the
meeting is to receive the bud­
get message, schedule more
budget meetings and to receive
comment from the public on
the budget. A copy of the bud­
get document may be inspected
or obtained upon completion,
at Lexington Town Hall, 150
W. Main Street, between the
hours 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Monday through Friday.
This is a public meeting
where deliberations o f the
Budget Committee will take
place. Any person may appear
at the meeting and discuss the
proposed programs with the
Budget Committee.
