The Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office reports han­
dling the following busi­
ness:
Feb. 15 Cont.-MC-
SO received a report that Jil-
lian Marguarite Moore, 22,
was arrested on a Morrow
County Circuit Court war­
rant for Failure to Appear/
Original Charges Unlawful
Manufacture of Metham-
phetamine, Possession of
a Precursor Substance and
Possession of Anhydrous
Ammonia. She was lodged
at the Umatilla County Jail
with local charges.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller of a
small fire along Highway
207. The fire was determined
to be in Umatilla County and
the call was transferred to
Umatilla County 911.
-MCSO received a
report of a semi / pickup
truck accident on Three
Tower Road. It was a non­
injury accident but was
blocking the road.
-Boardman Police
Dept, received a report from
a male subject that he was
stuck in Boardman, had no
money and needed enough
money to make it to The
Dalles.
-Boardman Police
Dept, received a report from
a caller with Union Pacific
Railroad of a possibly in­
toxicated male subject near
the railroad tracks 1/2 mile
west of Columbia Blvd.

Dept, officer cited Richard
Lee Rowe, Jr., 22, for Fail­
ure to Use Seatbelt.

Dept, officer cited Hedy
Sanchez Leyva, 25, for Fail­
ure to Wear Seatbelt.

while License Suspended
Violation and Driving Un­
insured. The vehicle was
towed.

information from a caller
who wanted to know a good
hotel to stay at in Board-
man.

fire along the railroad tracks.
Subjects were advised they
need to call in a controlled
burn and they said they
would get a permit.
Feb. 16: -MCSO
deputy cited Warren Wil­
liam Parke, 69, for Violation
of the Speed Limit, 73 mph
in a 55 mph zone.
-MCSO received a
report that Jason Alen Both-
well, 22, was arrested by
the Hermiston Police Dept,
on local warrants and on a
MCSO Circuit warrant for
Failure to Appear/Theft I,
Reckless Endangerment and
Criminal Trespass II. He
was lodged at the Umatilla
County Jail.

Jon David Hanna, 31, for
Open Container.
-MCSO deputy ar­
rested Susan Malinda Os­
walt, 33, for Failure to Drive
Within Lane and BAC Re­
fusal. She was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri-
gon of a group of juveniles
“smoking weed” on a porch.
Deputy contact was made
and there was no odor or
signs of anyone smoking.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir-
rigon that her brother had
been smoking marijuana. It
was determined the call was
unfounded.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Hepp­
ner that a female subject was
out of control and threaten­
ing to bum to the house.
-Boardman Police
Dept, officer cited Armando
Sanchez Alcala, 38, for No
O perator’s License, and
cited Maria Guadalupe San­
chez, 23, for Permitting
Unlawful Operation of a
Vehicle. The vehicle was
towed.
-Boardman Police
Dept, received a report from
a caller in Boardman that
a male subject drove off
without paying for $20 in
gasoline. The caller called
back and said the fuel atten­
dant forgot he put the money
in the till.
-Boardman Police
Dept, officer advised a ve­
hicle stopped in the middle
of the road, backed up and
almost hit the officer’s ve­
hicle.
-Boardman Police
Dept, officer cited a female
subject for Failure to Use
Seatbelt/Children x2.

Dept, officer cited Gregory
Leroy Topp, 33, for Viola­
tion of the Speed Limit, 40
mph in a 25 mph zone.
-Irrigon ambulance
received a request for an
ambulance from a caller
in Irrigon for a 71 year old
female with shortness of
breath.
-Irrigon ambulance
received a report from a
caller in Irrigon that her two-
year-old granddaughter had
taken approximately 6-7 ni­
troglycerin pills. The caller
was connected to Poison
Control who advised that
if the pills were eaten they
will not work as stomach
acid destroys the pills. Re­
contact was made several
times to check on the child’s
condition; she was fine.
Feb 18: -MCSO
deputy cited Dee R. Cham­
bers, 54, for Violation of the
Speed Limit, 81 mph in a 65
mph zone.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Hep­
pner that her son’s bicycle
was stolen from in front
of the elementary school.
The bike was located and
returned to the owner.

vehicle drove off with the
gas pump nozzle still in the
vehicle. The vehicle was last
seen possibly headed toward
Hermiston.

trolled bum that was out of
control.

Feb. 22:-MCSO re­
ceived a report from a caller
at the lone High School that
a female student started a
verbal dispute in class and
threatened to cut another
student with a pocket knife.
The student had a pocket
knife on her. The knife was
taken away from her and the
student was in the principal’s
office. Julianna Grace Van-
denBrink, 19, was arrested
for Menacing and Reckless
Endangering Another. She
was lodged at the Umatilla
County Jail.

report from the Hermiston
Police Dept, that Brandon
Saucillo, 22, was arrested on
an Irrigon Justice Court war­
rant for Failure to Pay Fine/
Possession of a Controlled
Substance Less than One

that the women’s restroom at
the campground was full of
smoke with a possible fire in
the attic. It was determined
to be a furnace problem.

rigon Justice Court warrant
for Assault IV-DV.

Dept, received a report from
a caller on 1-84 eastbound
that a FedEx trailer was on
fire. The trailer was detached
from the truck.

lance reported it was doing
a transport to the Lexington
Airport.
Feb. 23:-MCSO re­
ceived a report from UCSO
that Juan Angel Ramero
Hernandez, 38, was arrested
on an UCSO warrant with
holds placed for an Irrigon
Justice Court warrant for
Failure to Appear/DUII. He
was lodged at the Umatilla
County Jail.
-MCSO received a
report from the Salem Police
Dept, that Kenneth Perry
Thorp, 51, was arrested on
an Irrigon Justice Court
warrant for DUII. He was
lodged at the Marion County
Jail.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir­
rigon that a teacher alleg­
edly attempted to choke the
caller’s son and when the
juvenile said he could not
breathe the teacher let him
go but then shook the juve­
nile’s desk so hard that the
juvenile fell onto the floor.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon that she is house-sitting
and three male subjects are
under the carport. Deputy
contact was requested. A
deputy made contact with
the subjects who advised
they are trying to start their
car and pushed it under the
carport to get out of the rain.
The subjects advised they
will move the vehicle.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon that three male subjects
showed up at his residence
staring the one of them used
to live there and advised
there is stuff on the property
that is his but he had went
to jail and was evicted. The
caller advised the subjects
were intoxicated but didn’t
want to start any trouble.
The caller said he also called
the landlord.
