The Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office reports han­
dling the following busi­
ness:
-Continued from Page eight

tation to Tamar Lynn John­
son, 33, for violating the
Speed Limit by going 87
mph in a 65 mph zone.

spoke to two males that had
been sitting in a car for a
long time.
-MCSO received a
report from a female report­
er who stated her father was
harassing her and wants him
charged for trespassing.
-BPD received a re­
port regarding the removal
of a large box of beer bottles
left in the road.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Joel Mendoza Me­
drano, 47, for driving while
suspended and failing to
carry registration.
-BPD officer out
with two vehicles that were
possibly involved in an ac­
cident. The situation was
determined that the two
vehicles were just waiting
for someone. The officer ad­
vised the subjects involved
that it was not a good idea
to be waiting at the inter­
section.
-BPD received a re­
port that a female subject
needed help getting into
her car.
-BPD received a
report regarding a male
subject was lying on the
ground on the North side
of the Mexican Store. The
subject refused any medical
attention.
Dec. 30: -MCSO
received a report of 40 juve­
niles possibly involved in a
minor in possession party.
-MCSO received a
report of a deer that had been
hit and was lying in the road
and was still alive.
-MCSO received a
report of a two shots fired in
the city limits near the end
of Chase Street. The caller
was advised that a deer had
to be put down.
-MCSO and Board-
man Ambulance received
a report of a 70 year old
male subject had fallen over
during a conversation. The
caller reported that the sub­
ject stopped breathing and
the caller was attempting
CPR.
-MCSO was a noti­
fied by a female subject that
her boyfriend is trying to sell
her van without her permis­
sion and will not return the
property to her residence.
-MCSO was noti­
fied that Hermiston PD had
arrested Jillian Marguarite
Moor, 22, on a Morrow
County Circuit Court war­
rant for failure to appear/
unlawful manufacturing of
Meth, possession precursor
sub and possession of Ahy-
drous Ammonia.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Lino Juarez Garcia,
36, for going 36 mph in a 25
mph zone.
-BPD received a call
from a female subject who
requested that her husband
be removed from the prop­
erty. She stated that he was
going through things and
threatening to take every­
thing. The caller stated that
they were still married and
not separated.
-BPD received a re­
port of a possible structure
fire. It was determined to be
a controlled bum with a lot
of people around. The fire
chief was advised.
-Irrigon Ambulance
was notified of an 84 year
old male with chest pains.
The patient would like trans­

port to a hospital.
Dec. 31:
-MCSO
cited Anastacio Dionicio
Martinez, 22, for No Op­
erator’s License and Open
Container. The vehicle was
impounded.
-MCSO received
a request for cover for a
Boardman Police Dept, of­
ficer regarding an incident
at Patterson Ferry/I-84 east-
bound with shots fired. It
was determined there was a
motor vehicle accident and
it was determined there was
a carburetor backfire. Units
responded to the accident (a
vehicle had rolled).
-MCSO received
a report of multiple area
alarms at a location at
Boardman.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon that a 90 year old female
possibly fell out of bed.
-MCSO received a
report of a woman in a vehi­
cle somewhere on Highway
730 having chest pains. The
Irrigon ambulance located
the vehicle. Transport was
refused; the husband would
take his wife to get checked
out.
-MCSO received a
request for an agency assist
from the Umatilla Police
Dept, regarding a subject
who is possibly intoxicated
and driving a tow truck.
-MCSO, Boardman
Police Dept, received a
report from a caller in Ir­
rigon that a dog bit her son
while at the skate park. Two
girls there had the dog off a
leash.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir­
rigon that his wife had not
come home since she left for
work on Saturday night. The
caller was concerned about a
male subject who had stated
in the past he would get the
caller’s wife regardless if
she wanted to go or not.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller on 1-84
westbound of a semi truck
with loose rock that was
not covered; loose rocks
almost broke the caller’s
window. The truck’s driver
was warned to loose and/or
shifting load.
-MCSO received a
report of an automatic fire
alarm at a location in Board-
man. The alarm was acci­
dently set off; the resident
was cooking French fries.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri­
gon of a neighbor shooting
off a shotgun and scaring
horses. A deputy was unable
to locate anything.
-MCSO received
a report from a caller in
Boardman of shots fired
north of the caller’s resi­
dence; the caller thought
they hit his residence.
-MCSO, BPD re­
ceived a report from a caller
in Boardman of loud music
near the high school. The
subjects were advised to
shut off the music and they
did.
-BPD officer re­
ceived a report of an illegal
bum in Boardman. It was
determined only leaves were
being burned.
-BPD officer arrest­
ed Keatra Elyce Jensen, 21,
for Probable Cause-Hinder­
ing Prosecution.
Jan. 1: -MCSO re­
ceived a report of a male
subject screaming for help
in Boardman. Boardman
Police Dept, responded with
MCSO as cover. Units were
unable to locate the sub­
ject.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir­
rigon of unusual traffic in
the area with vehicles and
several people walking in
and out using flashlights. A
deputy responded.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri-
gon of a heavily intoxicated
female subject. MCSO re-
sponded to assist the EMS.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irri-
gon of a heavily intoxicated
male subject complaining of
chest pains.
-MCSO deputy ar-
rested Daniel Lopez Var-
gas, 48, on Probable Cause
charges of DUII (BAC .18),
Reckless Driving and Reck-
less Endangering, and cited
for Failure to Drive in the
Right Lane, Failure to Yield
to an Emergency Vehicle,
He was lodged at the Uma-
tilla County Jail.
-MCSO received a
report regarding a male sub-
ject with a knife at Umatilla,
Umatilla Police Dept, and
UCSO responded to the
scene.
-MCSO received a
request for a deputy con-
tact from a caller in Irrigon
regarding her ex-boyfriend
and domestic abuse that oc-
curred in the past. The caller
had a restraining order on
him in the past, but it had
ended.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Hep-
pner of someone burning
items in a burning barrel,

house was empty and the
barrel only smoldering at
that time.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Ir-
rigon that they heard fire
gunshots. A deputy was un-
able to locate anyone.
-MCSO received a
report of a suspicious ve-
hide out in a field in Irrigon.
It was determined all was
okay; the vehicle belonged
to a relative of the property
owner.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller that a
female subject arranged to
bring payment for gasoline
but didn’t show up at the
arranged time. The subject
arrived as the caller was on
the phone; the caller advised
a deputy contact was not
needed after all.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in lone
that an adult male and ju-
venile male were in the
street screaming. A deputy
responded and advised the
confrontation was only ver-
bal and the subjects worked
out the situation between
themselves.
-MCSO, Irrigon am-
bulance received a report
from a caller in Irrigon of a
25 year old female who was
intoxicated with possible
alcohol poisoning.
-MCSO, Irrigon am-
bulance received a report
from a caller in Irrigon of
an intoxicated male subject
complaining of chest pains,
-BPD received a re-
port from a caller that her
ex-husband has the caller’s
daughter in Junction City;
the ex-husband stated that
the roads were bad and he
couldn’t bring the daugh-
ter to the meeting place
as scheduled. The caller
wanted to file a custodial
interference case against the
ex-husband.
-BPD. received a
relayed Oregon State Police
report of a vehicle on High-
way 730 westbound driving
slowly and not maintaining
its lane.
-BPD. received a
report from Benton County
dispatch of a hang-up 911
from a residence in Irri-
gon. The caller was speak-
ing Spanish and dispatch
thought it may be juveniles
playing on the phone. An
officer responded and deter-
mined a female subject had
questions about not allow-
ing her husband back in the
residence.
