the surrounding areas in South
M orrow County generally
known as Zone 2. The Collec­
tor will collect, transport and
dispose of solid waste. It is
unlaw fill for any person to pick
up, store, collect, transport of
dispose of any waste or solid
waste for compensation unless
such person is licensed/fran-
chised in accordance with the
provisions of the Solid Waste
Management Ordinance.
