on Wednesday, November 28,
2007, at 10:00 a.m. at the Port
of Morrow Riverfront Center
in Boardman, Oregon.
Transportation System Plan
(TSP) m inor amendments.
The TSP requires amendments
to adopt a new 5-year project
list replacing the 5th year of
the current list, move projects
onto and off the 20-year project
list, add the list of collectors
and arterials to supplement the
map and incorporate Speed
way Policies not included in
the 2005 TSP update. The
Planning Com m ission has
held two public hearings and
does recommend adoption by
the County Court. Criteria
include the Morrow County
Comprehensive Plan chapter
on amendments and the Trans
portation System Plan-

proposals or to ask questions
will be provided. Failure to
raise an issue in person or
by letter or failure to provide
sufficient specificity to afford
