Sheriff’s Office Election
To the editor:
1 would like to take this opportunity to voice my
support for Sheriff's candidate
Larry Sample in the upcoming May '08 election.
Morrow County has been my “home” since the early
1970’s, and even though 1 currently live in Klamath Falls,
I have family and friends in the County that deserve the
best service available from the Sheriff's Office. Prior to
moving to Klamath County two years ago, 1 held a manage
ment at Morrow County Sheri it's Office, where 1 had the
opportunity to work closely with Larry Sample for twelve
years. Emergency Services is a very difficult career choice
that a person must be passionate about.-Being the Chief
Executive Officer o f a public safety agency is difficult at
best and requires a candidate that not only has the ability
to balance a limited budget; but has the ability to balance
the needs o f the citizens with the staff and assets avail
able; provide fair, unbiased serv ices to all o f the citizens
o f Morrow County. Larry Sample not only is qualified to
fill this necessary roll, he has a positive personality that
he shares with his staff, which in turn promotes the staff
members to share their positive attitude with the citizen’s
across the County. Larry is not only qualified but he would
bring a positive respectful attitude to the office, and I feel
he is the best candidate for the position.
