violation. The vehicle was
impounded.
Ju ly 20: -MCSO
received a report of a stolen
4-wheeler.
-MCSO received a
report of a vehicle that had
run into a power pole. The
electrical company was on
the scene but there was no
one in the vehicle and no
one in the area.
-MCSO received a
report of elder neglect w ith
the reporter stating that she
was stay ing with her daugh­
ter and her daughter had
been threatening and had
knocked her glasses off. The
reporter also stated that her
grandson had hit her once.
-MCSO received a
report that someone had en­
tered the Century Tel build­
ing in Heppner but nothing
was missing or disturbed.
-MCSO received a
report of a drive off by a
light blue Nissan.
-MCSO received a
report of a U-Haul truck
parked at a rock pit.
-MCSO was noti­
fied that Hermiston PD had
arrested Randy Harshman,
45, on an IJC warrant.
-MCSO received a
91 I hang-up and was ad­
vised that a child had been
phtyhVg on the phone.
-MCSO made a citi­
zen contact on behalfof law
enforcement in The Dalles.
-MCSO received a
report that a male subject
was driving with an older
male child in his van. MCSO
responded but was unable to
locate the vehicle.
-MCSO, assisted by
BPD, issued a citation to
Christina Emma Wiekman,
19, for Violating the Speed
Limit by going 94 mph in a
65 mph zone.
-MCSO was notified
that IIPD had arrested and
lodged I.uis A Soriano Cor-
cuera, 26, at UCJ on UCSO
warrant with a hold placed
for two IJC warrants for
Failure to Appear/Driving
While License Suspended.
-MCSO received a
report of a male subject in
Wednesday, August 8, 2007
a laundry mat yelling and
cursing at himself. MCSO
responded and the subject
left the location and seemed
to have settled down.
-BPD received a
report that a garage door
looked like it had been pried
open. The door w as found to
be just be stuck.
-BPD received a re­
port of a door open at a resi­
dence as well as the garage
door and trailer. Contact was
made w ith the owner and he
was not appreciative of the
effort to make sure property
was secure.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Raul Torres-Chavez,
24, for no operator’s license
and no insurance.
-Boardman Fire De­
partment received a report
of a field bum across from
the BPD and Dr.’s office.
BPD responded but was un­
able to locate a fire.
July 22: -BPD made
a citizen contact with a
group of people who stated
the fireworks came from
across the freeway some­
where.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Connie Jo Lawyer,
46, for Violating the Speed
Limit by going 45 mph in a
30 mph zone. She was also
warned for failure to carry
proof of registration or proof
of insurance.
-BPD received a re­
port of a male subject rid­
ing a scooter (ATV) while
drinking a beer. The subject
became angry and com­
bative when approached.
MCSO responded and the
subject was warned.
-BPD arrested Fer­
nando Alcala Sanchez on
a citation for DUI1 and a
citation for failure to change
address on license, open
container, and failure to use
headlights. The subject was
cited and released to appear
for both citations.
-Boardman Fire De­
partment received a report of
a fire from milepost 153 to
160 on the railroad tracks.
-lone Fire Depart­
ment received a report of
a fire north of Hydaman
Ridge.
-Irrigon Fire Depart­
ment and Irrigon Ambulance
received a report of a grass
fire that was threatening
structures. Caller said the
fire was possibly started by
a grinder.
Ju ly 23: -MCSO
stopped a vehicle being
driven without lights. The
subject was hav ing trouble
with his new vehicle and
had managed to get enough
lighting to limp it to Herm­
iston.

Curtis Pullum, 36, on PC
charges of Assault IV and
strangulation.
-MCSO received a
complaint of an 11 year
old male foster child out of
control breaking and throw­
ing things.
-MCSO received a
report of a semi blocking
garbage pick up, mail deliv­
ery, and driver vision. The
driver said he would move
the truck.
-MCSO issued a
citation to Jose Antonio
Carvajal, 20, for no boating
education certificate. The
subject was also warned
for no sound producing
device.
-MCSO issued a ci­
tation to Roberto Peralta Ro­
driguez, 37, for no personal
flotation dev ice. The subject
was also warned for expired
registration and no sound
producing dev ice.
-MCSO received a
report of a female subject
at her mother’s house and
she was not supposed to be
there. The civil issue was
resolved.
-MCSO received nu­
merous reports of a railroad
tie smoldering. The railroad
is aware of the situation.
-MCSO received a
complaint of juveniles set­
ting off fireworks in a field
while the fire danger is high.
An officer talked to the
mother who said she will
talk to the juveniles.
-MCSO received a
report of shots fired at a
residence. A female subject
broke into her father’s house
with a shotgun and shot it.
The subject possibly injured
herself. MCSO was unable
to locate the subject.
-MCSO received a
call stating that the caller's
daughter was having an
asthma attack in Connell,
WA. The caller was given
the number for their dis­
patch.
-MCSO and Board-
man Ambulance responded
to a domestic between a
father and son.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Kenneth Andrew
Tapani for violating the
speed limit by going 87 mph
in a 65 mph zone.
-BPD assisted OSP
with a vehicle exceeding
100 miles per hour.
-BPD received a call
from Union Pacific inquir­
ing about fires along 1-84.
An officer w as sent to check
them out.
-BPD received a re­
port of a vehicle parked
along the freeway. The sub­
ject had pulled over to fix a
tire and was getting a little
sleep.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Salvador Casillas
Lomeli for driving unin­
sured and failure to wear a
seatbelt (child).
-BPD received a
report of a port-a-poty in
the fast lane on 1-84. The
reporter advised that it was
on a trailer in the road.
-B P D a s s i s t e d
Boardman Ambulance w ith
a 40-45 year old male who
had hurt his back and was
not moving.
-BPD received a re­
port of a female subject
trespassing and refusing to
leave the property.
-BPD performed a
welfare check for a male
subject who was three hours
overdue.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Reyna Ramos Del­
gado, 33, for driving while
license suspended viola­
tion.
-BPD issued a cita­
tion to Jorge Ramos Del­
gado, 22, for permitting
unlawful operation of a
vehicle.
-BPD received two
911 hang up calls from the
Chevron. The calls came
from the emergency phone
in the back. Calls were
thought to have been made
by a juv enile playing on the
phone.
-BPD received a re­
port of a female subject
assaulting her daughter and
running to another apart­
ment.
-BPD issued a ci­
tation to Javin Alexander
Dimmick for violating the
speed limit by going 44
miles per hour in a 25 mph
zone.
-Lexington Fire De­
partment received a report
of a controlled burn on C
and D Streets.
-Heppner Fire De­
partment received a report
of sparks being seen. It was
determined to be a power
line problem and Columbia
Basin Electric Co-op was
advised.
-Boardman Fire De­
partment received a report
of a fire from the night be­
fore flaring up again. Smoke
could be seen but no flames.
BFD advised that it was to
be expected all day.
-Boardman ambu­
lance responded to a 61 year
old female lying on the floor.
The patient was talking
but not making sense. The
patient was transported to
Good Shepherd Hospital.
July 24: Morrow'

received report of a house
on fire behind the school
building in Lexington.
-MCSO, Boardman
Fire Dept, received report
that the electrical sub station
has blown up at Three Mile
Canyon Farms in Board-
man. The cause was a power
line failure w hich lead to the
sub station failure.
-MCSO received re­
port from the under sheriff
that he was out with two
suspicious people at the
Old Airport Access Road/
Tower Road in Boardman.
The subjects had just pulled
in to sleep.
-MCSO deputy re­
ported he was in the For­
est Service Road 21 area
patrolled road closed areas
due to fire.
-MCSO received
report that someone had
broken into a car and stolen
a stereo in Irrigon.
-MCSO deputy re­
ceived report of a subject
v iolating a no-contact order.
Stacey Lee Jessen, 37, was
arrested on probable cause
charges of Violation of a
No Contact Order. He was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail with $24,000 bail.
-MCSO received re­
port of clothing strewn along
1-84 near Boardman.
-MCSO receiv ed re­
port of a lost Chesapeake
retriever in Irrigon.
-MCSO receiv ed re­
port of an unwanted brown
dog at an Irrigon residence.
-MCSO received re­
port of someone breaking
into a care in lone again. The
dome light was left on, the
battery was dead and a check
book with around $100
in cash and jumper cables
were stolen. The reporter
said the car was locked and
it appeared someone had
used a key.
-MCSO deputy ad­
vised subjects at Tupper/
Hwy. 206 that they would
have to leave the area as it
was closed due to fire.
-MCSO received
report of a controlled bum
one mile west of Patterson
Ferry. Garlic circles were
being burned.
-MCSO received re­
port of a border collie mix
at a Heppner residence on
Hwy. 207 for the past week.
The reporters said the dog
had a collar, but they could
not get close enough to
read it.

report of a dog chasing ju­
veniles at the high school
in Irrigon. A deputy found
the dog and put it back in
its yard.
-MCSO received re­
port of dogs getting out of
their yard, chasing people
and barking all of the time
in lone.
-MCSO received
report from the Pendleton
Police Department that they
arrested Alton Kent Helton,
39, on a Morrow County
Circuit Court warrant for
Contempt of Court. He w as
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail with $30,000 bail.
-MCSO received re­
port that the Woodburn Po­
lice Dept, arrested Joaquin
Ledesma Fernandez on a
M.C. Circuit Court warrant
for Failure to Appear/At-
