The Morrow' County
Sheriff’s Office reports han­
dling the following busi­
ness:
July 16: -M C SO
d e p u ty re sp o n d e d to a
Boardman home to speak
with a couple about making
arrangements to divide their
belongings and move out.
The parties went separate
ways until they could come
to an agreement.
-MCSO cited Sandra
Pitman, 53, for Violation of
the Basic Rule 86/55.
-MCSO received a
report from an Irrigon man
that he received a phone call
that if he didn’t pay the call­
ers $5,000, they would kill
someone in his family. His
family members live outside
the country.
-MCSO received re­
port from an Irrigon woman
that her ex-husband made
co n tact w ith her m other
and threatened the reporter
through her mother, which
is a violation o f the restrain­
ing order.
-MCSO received re­
port from a subject that she
had received a call from a
credit card com pany and
they hung up on her.
-MCSO received re­
port o f a German shepherd
found at a residence near the
Jordan Elevator.
-MCSO received re­
port of debris in the road and
a rock slide imminent on
Upper Rhea Road in lone.
-MCSO received a
report of a subject violating a
restraining order because he
is on the reporter’s property
in Heppner. The restraining
order was dismissed in June
and the call unfounded.
-MCSO received a
request for a deputy to re­
spond to the Irrigon skate
park for a juvenile problem.
Deputy was unable to locate
the kids causing problems.
-MCSO received re­
port o f an alligator seen in
the water at the Boardman
M arina. D eputy checked
the area and was unable to
locate anything.
-B oardm an Police
Department cited Makensie
Tyson Brischle-Putman for
Violating the Speed Limit,
87 mph in a 65 mph zone.
-BPD cited Kevin
Patrick Chimienti, for Vio­
lating the Speed Limit, 88
mph in a 65 mph zone.
-BPD received re­
port o f a suspicious person
with dreadlocks, believed
to be around 60 on Marine
Drive in Boardman with a
backpack and a long metal
object in his hand whittled
down to a sharp point, ask­
ing a lot o f questions about
a restaurant. The subject
advised he was just seeing
w hat tim e the restaurant
opened for breakfast.
-BPD arrested Ma­
rio Rodriguez Armenta for
DUII and MIP. He was cited
and released.
-BPD responded to
Boardm an Fam ily Foods
regarding a forged check.

report o f a fire in the Ander-
son/Wilson area in Board-
man.
-BPD received re­
port o f a red car with male
occupants weaving on 1-84,
doing 80 mph in the slow
lane.

Failure to Register Vehicle

-Irrigon Fire Depart­
ment received report o f a
brush fire in the refuge.
-Irrigon Ambulance
received report o f a three-
year-old choking on a dime.
The child sw allow ed the
dime and there was no trans­
port.
-Heppner Fire De­
partment received report of
a controlled burn in Hep­
pner.

lance reported they were en
route to the airport to meet
Air Life.
-BFD received re­
port o f a car fire on 1-84 near
Boardman.
July 17: -M C SO
and BPD received report of
a possible DUII driver, with
a female, obviously intoxi­
cated, driving away from the
Dodge City Inn. Pamela Sue
Fisher, 47, was arrested by
BPD for DUII.
-MCSO deputy re­
ported that he was patrolling
the roads closed because of
fire on Forest Road 21.

report from the H eppner
Public W orks that Jones
Street between Water Street
and Church Street were to be
closed most o f the day.
-M C S O re c e iv e d
report from a security com­
pany that a subject was to be
working on a security sys­
tem at an Irrigon company
and could set off the alarms
by accident.
-MCSO received re­
port from a subject in Hep­
pner that another subject
complained about a former
employee in regard to an
assault.
-M C SO re c e iv e d
report from the city o f Hep­
pner that a car parked on
Jones Street in Heppner has
two flat tires and has not
been registered since 2002.
City workers were working
in that area and could not
get a backhoe or tractor in
the area because o f the car.
The owner was contacted
and said he would move the
vehicle.
-MCSO received re­
port from an Irrigon subject
that a semi had been using
their parking lot. A deputy
made contact and the truck
was to be moved.
-M CSO cited Vir­
ginia M arie Johnson, 41,
for Failure to Obey Traffic
Control Device.
-MCSO received re­
port o f a domestic dispute in
process in Heppner with the
male in the residence and
the female in the bathroom.
There were no weapons ac­
cessible and no alcohol or
drugs taken by either party.
-MCSO received re­
port o f a friendly German
shepherd at a residence on
Hwy. 74 before lone. The
deputy was unable to locate
the dog.
-MCSO and Board-
man A m bulance received
report o f a 15-year-old hit
in the head and bleeding
profusely from a cut above
the right eye at a residence
in Irrigon.
-MCSO received re­
port o f littering with a gar­
bage can dumped over and a
bike dumped on Valby Road
in lone. It was determined to
be an accidental dumping
and was to be cleaned up.
-MCSO received re­
port from the Heppner mayor
that two people were “solic­
iting” in Murrays Drug and
would like to have a deputy
escort them out o f town.
MCSO reported that all the
deputies were on calls or in
court. The mayor advised he
would take care o f it.
-MCSO received an­
other report o f soliciting in
Heppner.
-MCSO received re­
port o f a three-pound Chi­
huahua missing in lone since
July 9. The reporter said that
she heard o f a certain person
who has the dog.

report o f a horse loose on
Hwy. 74 in Heppner. The re­
porter caught the horse and
made contact with the owner
who said he would pick it up
the next morning.

report o f a vehicle all over
the road and possibly drunk
on 1-84 near B oardm an.
Barbara Bingham, 65, was
cited for Violating the Speed
Limit, 83/65, and warned for
failure to maintain lane. The
subject said she was tired
and would stop at the rest
area to sleep.

Boardman Ambulance with
a female that said she had
fallen.
-BPD received a re­
port o f a suspicious vehicle
driving up and down the
street taking pictures o f the
residents in the area.
-BPD received a re­
port o f a fem ale locked
out o f her house. A deputy
helped her get back in.
-BPD received a re­
port o f a dark blue van driv­
ing in the wrong lane.
-BPD received a re­
port o f a vehicle driving
at high speeds past a resi­
dence.

lance received a report o f
an 83 year old female, con­
scious and breathing, who
had fallen and possibly had
a stroke.
-Boardman Fire De­
partment received a report
from Moon Security o f an
audible Fire alarm at Con
Agra Foods. It was deter­
mined to be a false alarm.
July 19: -MCSO re­
ceived report of a tan Honda
parked at an Irrigon location
for several days.

o f a 4 0 -y ear-o ld Irrigon
man who had fallen having
trouble breathing and back
pain.

report o f two cows out in
Irrigon.
-MCSO cited John
C hristopher Toguchi, 19,
for driving 94 mph in a 65
mph zone.

report o f a lot o f smoke in
the Lexington area. It was
a controlled burn on But-
tercreek.

Ambulance received report
from Devin Oil in Heppner
o f a female subject who had
been hit by a car and was
still underneath the vehicle.
The subject refused am ­
bulance transport and said
she would go in a private
vehicle. Her own vehicle
had possibly slipped out of
gear and ran over her.
-MCSO received re­
port o f a Heppner subject re­
ceiving calls with the caller
trying to get her debit card
number.

r e p o r t o f sm o k e a t a
residence on Bunker Hill
Lane near Heppner. Deputy
was unable to locate any
smoke or fire.

report o f a dog and tw o cats
left with an Irrigon resident
for over a week. The reporter
said she was only supposed
to watch the animals for a
day and the owner would not
come and get them.
