ceived report of someone
digging up the ground with
their vehicle in the lot east
of the senior center in Ir­
rigon. A deputy was unable
to locate anything.
-MCSO, Boardman
Police Department respond­
ed to a report of a domestic
dispute in Irrigon. The sub­
ject was reported to have a
weapon, but it was not on his
person at the time, and four
children were present in the
home. There was a history
of domestic violence. Ar­
mando Diaz Perez, 43, was
arrested for two counts of
Assault IV, Harassment Do­
mestic Violence felony and
Interfering with a 911 call.
He was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail.

port from a woman that she
may have information as
to who put mercury into a
building.

in Heppner. The patient had
a small child whose mother

report of a disturbance at a
Lexington residence with a
mother and daughter yelling
and banging around. It was
verbal only.
-MCSO received a
911 hang-up call in Irrigon.
It was juveniles playing with
the phone.

911 hang-up call in Hep­
pner. The subject had mis-
dialed.
-MCSO cited Al­
fonso Vargas Vargas, 41, for
VBR, 75 mph in a 55 mph
zone.
-MCSO received a
911 hang-up call in Board-
man. The subject had mis-
dialed.

report of a possible fire on
Quail Lane in Boardman. A
deputy made contact with a
subject and told him to put
the fire out as fire season is
closed.
-MCSO received re­
port of a hit and run at the
apartments in Boardman. It
wasn’t a hit and run, but a
reported motor vehicle ac­
cident.
-MCSO cited An­
gelina Mara Chapman, 55,
for Violation of the Speed
Limit, 41 mph in a 30 mph
zone.
-MCSO received a
report of a stray dog at a
Boardman residence. The
subject called the phone
number on the dog’s collar
and will keep the dog until
the owner comes after it.
-MCSO received re­
port of aerial fireworks on
southwest Wilson Rd. in
Boardman
-MCSO received a
report of a foot sticking out
of a window on southwest
Wilson Rd. in Boardman. A
later call from a woman at
the same residence reported
that someone had been “hit­
ting her" the previous night.
MCSO surmised she may
have been talking about
fireworks.
-Irrigon Ambulance
received report of a female
having seizures. She was
transported to Good Shep­
herd Hospital in Hermis­
ton.
-Heppner EMS re­
ported that they transported
a patient to be picked up by
Air Life
-Boardman Fire De­
partment received report of
a vehicle on fire on 1-84.
July 4: MCSO cited
Margaret Marie Turner, 67,
for Failure to Maintain Safe

-MCSO received
report from a Boardman
woman that someone had
found a little girl wandering
by herself and brought her to
the reporter’s residence. The
girl was approximately two
years old w ith a pink dress.

76 in a 55 mph zone.
-MCSO cited a 17-
year-old Heppner juvenile
for VBR, 77 mph in a 55
mph zone on Hwy. 74.

VBR, 76 mph in a 55 mph
zone.
-MCSO deputy did
a welfare check on an Irri­
gon residence, whose resi­
dents were out-of-town. The
deputy fed and watered the
dogs.
-MCSO received re­
quest for ambulance from a
Boardman residence. The
caller's daughter was numb
on her right side. They then
said she was better and they
would transport her by pri­
vate vehicle; the ambulance
was refused.
-MCSO received
a noise complaint from a
Boardman woman. It was
possibly a band with speak­
ers. Deputy made contact.
-MCSO cited Jesus
Valencia Radillo, 26, for No
Operator’s License.
-MCSO received a
complaint about fireworks
in lone. Deputy warned
the subject and seized the
remainder of the illegal
fireworks.
-MCSO received re­
port of illegal fireworks in
Irrigon. The fireworks were
legal.
-MCSO received re­
port from the lone Fire Chief
of bottle rockets going off
in the area. The fire chief
said he spoke to a couple
of people who denied it.
Deputy was going to patrol
the area.

multiple calls of illegal fire­
works on Wagon Wheel
Loop in Irrigon. The reporter
was advised the deputy was
looking, but had multiple
calls about fireworks in dif­
ferent areas.
-MCSO received
report of illegal fireworks
going off on Nevada Av enue
in Irrigon. The subject was
warned and adv ised the fire­
works were illegal.
-MCSO received
report of a disturbance in
a pickup parked by the re­
porter’s house in lone. The
male subject had a bloody
nose. The vehicle went west
on Hwy. 74.
-MCSO deputy re­
ported he was at a residence
on California Ave. in Irrigon
where a subject lit all the
fireworks off at one time.
He was warned for illegal
fireworks.
-MCSO received
several reports of a loud
party at Wilson Lane and
Peters Rd. in Boardman.
The music was turned off
at 11 p.m.

non-injury motor vehicle
accident on west Highway
74, lone. The driver ran off
the road. Gustabo Adolfo
