y e a r - o ld m a le w h o w as
having a stroke. The subject
was unable to talk clearly
and has high blood pressure
and his face was sagging and
was unable to use his left
arm.

Heppner. There w ere also
tracks at her neighbors as
well.

about loud music from a
party. The music was turned
down.
