The vehicle was a white dodge flatbed with a fluid leaking out o f it. - M C S O issu ed a c ita tio n to R ita S am on e Hills, 30, for violating the basic rule by going 78 mph in a 55 mph zone and driving while suspended. -M C S O , Irrig o n Ambulance, and Boardman Am bulance assisted a 76- y e a r - o ld m a le w h o w as having a stroke. The subject was unable to talk clearly and has high blood pressure and his face was sagging and was unable to use his left arm. -M C S O received a report that there were fresh sneaker tracks through the r e p o r te r 's ga rd e n in Heppner. There w ere also tracks at her neighbors as well. -M C S O was advised about loud music from a party.
