lone Youth Track Meet held
Spring is finally here
and summer is quickly ap
proaching. With the school
year starting to wrap up we
are taking the opportunity to
reflect back upon the 2006-
2007 school year.
This was undoubted
ly a good year for the Hepp
ner FFA program.
The chapter, in its
first year has enlisted 19
m embers who have been
highly involved with the Ag
program. They have taken
part in e v ery th in g from
learning how to judge soil to
traveling to Corvallis for a
weekend at the state conven
tion and from bull testing to
shop skills.
Now as the last days
of school are approaching
chapter members want to in
vite the public to celebrate
with us, our first year as a
chapter.
We will be gathering
at the Heppner High School
for the 2007 Heppner FFA
Banquet on Friday, May 25.
A dessert buffet will be
served at 6:30 p.m. with the
ceremony to follow.
During the ceremo
ny, members will be recog
nized for their achievements
through out this past year,
the 2007-2(X)8 chapter offic
ers will be installed, and we
will get a chance to look
back on all of the wonderful
adventures we have had this
year. So come be part of the
excitem ent an d .... “C ele
brate what you want to see
more of.”
