The Morrow County
Sheriff's Office reports han­
dling the following business:
Dec. 19: -M C SO
issued a citation to Kelly Rae
Ann Allison, 40, for failing
to register vehicle.
-MCSO received a
report about a domestic in
progress in Irrigon.
-MCSO received a
report that the reporter from
Irrigon believed that horses
were standing on dirt and did
not think they were being
fed. The area was checked
and the horses did have food,
water, and shelter.
-MCSO received a
report that a juvenile was
missing from school, never
showed up after lunch.
-MCSO received a
report about the reporter
who has been asked by her
loan company for a car that
she sold. The re p o rte r
wanted to know if they could
repo the vehicle.
-MCSO received a
report about a theft issue
involving drip lines rolled up
in piles of three that were
stacked up along the trees
every 100 feet in Boardman.
-M C SO and BPD
received a report that when
a known subject drove by the
reporter’s home he turned up
his music really loud and
stuck his head out of the
window.
-MCSO received a
report that items were taken
from the reporter’s residence
in Boardman.
-B PD issued a
citation to Arturo Rodelo,
36, fro failing to obey traffic
control device.

report about a drive-off at a
gas tank in Boardman worth
$75.15.

report from a deputy that he
was attempting to overtake
a vehicle driving 90 mph on
1-84 at B oardm an. The

Boardman rest area. Marco
Antonio Valencia, 30, was
cited for Violation o f the
Speed Lim it, 89/65, and
fa ilin g to sig n al a lane
change.

-Morrow County Sheriff’s
Office arrested Kim Bernice
Jorgenson, 45. on probable
cause charges of DU11 and
resisting arrest and was cited
for VBR. The subject was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail.
-MCSO received report of a

involving a semi off Tower
Road. The accident was an
old one and tow trucks were
already on the scene.
-MCSO received report o f a
motor vehicle accident on I-
84 w ith the vehicle
com pletely acro ss the
median but not blocking.
Oregon State Police advised
they had already checked it
out and driver had called for
tow.
-MCSO received report of a
blue SUV on its top. OSP
advised they had already
checked out the accident and
a tow was on its way.
