The Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office reports han­
dling the following business:
N ov. 23: -M CSO
issued a citation to Patrick
Morris McGarrity, 23, for
violating the speed limit by
going 83 mph in a 65 mph
/one.
-M C SO issued a
citation to Troy W illiam
Carter for violating the speed
limit by going 91 mph in a
65 mph zone and failing to
use a proper signal.
-MCSO received a
report that a security light at
the grade school in Heppner
seemed to be shorting out.
-M C SO issued a
citation to Juan M anuel
Rios, 22, for violating the
basic rule by going 75 mph
in a 55 mph zone.
-MCSO received a
report that a female juvenile
was causing a fight at the
reporter’s residence and then
later went to another home
to cause a disturbance.
-MCSO received a
call from juveniles who were
concerned about their
parents had drunk too much.
Dispatch spoke to female
adult and she advised yes
they had been drinking but
were going to bed.
-MCSO received a
report about a suspicious
vehicle that had been parked
at a residence in lrrigon for
the fifth time that week.
-BPD was advised a
male patient made threats to
kill a fellow patient then
w hen approached by staff he
threatened them.
-B PD issued a
citation to Richard Amos
Shellbe, 25, for driving w hile
su spended for an open
container.
-lrrigon Ambulance
transported a 68-year-old
female who was vomiting
blood to Good Shepherd
Hospital.

Ambulance assisted a 62-
year-old female who was
having severe pain in the hip
and leg.

-MCSO received a
report about a reporter in
lrrig o n that had been
harassed from a subject who
was knocking on her door.
-M C SO issu ed a
citation to Loren Bowman.
71. for going 75 mph in a 55
mph zone.
-MCSO received a
report that the re p o rte r’s
pickup was stolen.
-M C SO issued a
c ita tio n to Dawn M arie
Page, 29, for violating the
speed limit by going 48 mph
in a 35 mph zone.
-MCSO received a
report from Seattle that a
plane possibly went down
approximately three to four
miles north of the Boardman
airstrip. The plane landed
and the pilot was not
harmed. BPD assisted.
-MCSO received a
report that the 97-year-old
female reporter advised that
homeless subjects came to
her home and asked if they
could come in. The reporter
refused and requested extra
patrol in her area tonight.
-MCSO received a
report about a 69-year-old
with chest pains. Boardman
Ambulance assisted.
-M CSO and BPD
received a report about a
possible dispute between the
reporter and her intoxicated
neighbor. The intoxicated
neighbor was mad because
o f the repo rter's barking
dogs.
-BPD issued a
citation to a driver for failing
to obey traffic co n tro l
device.
-BPD issued a
citatio n to Juan O lm os
C ordova, 48, for no
operating license and for
driving uninsured.
-BPD receiv ed a
report about an audible

was also issued a citation for
failing to obey traffic control
device and failing to carry
proof of insurance.

90-year-old male who was
somewhat incoherent and
had fallen.
Nov. 25: -M COS
received a report that a 17-
year-old male was having
p ro b lem s
w ith
his
grandmother.
-MCSO received a
rep o rt from a re p o rte r
advising there was a small
pickup with yellow running
lights on top of hood, driving
up and down street at
excessive rates of speed and
all over the road. The
reporter was worried that
the driver was going to hit
someone or cars.
-MCSO received a
report about cows out on the
top o f Franklin H ill in
Heppner.
-MCSO received a
request to talk to an officer.
The reporter would not tell
dispatch what the matter was
about, but assured it was not
an emergency.
-M CSO and BPD
received an attempt transfer
female call from Benton
County. The reporter was
reporting a disturbance. The
caller was lost.

Ambulance assisted a male
subject in Lexington who fell
and hurt his hip.

Ambulance transported to
Good Shepherd Hospital.

a ssisted a fem ale from
lrrigon who had chest pains.
Boardman Ambulance was
paged for mutual aid.

that the manager of a hotel
in Biggs called in about a guy
who wanted a room. The
male subject said that he
would trade for a chunk of
his m arijuana brick for a
room.

report that criminal mischief
had occurred. There was a

forest service building, and

Office.
-MCSO received an
accidental 911 hang-up.
-MCSO received a
report that there were guns
taken from the reporter in
Boardman. The guns were
stored in a semi trailer.
-MCSO received a
report about three horses
behind the reporter’s home
were being neglected. The
h o rses w ere c o v ered in
thorns and thistles and had
matted hair.
-MCSO received a
report that the reporter was
having checks forged by a
known male subject.
-MCSO received a
report about pain medicine
missing.

citation to Diane Hernandez,
39, for bike equipment and
lighting.
-BPD issued citation
to two juveniles for curfew
violations.

citation to Jorge Saavedra
Cervantes, 22, for driving
with no operator’s license.

year old subject with a heart
attack in progress.

unconscious, but breathing.
The subject may have had a
stroke.

year-old female who was
having a hard time breathing.
Nov. 27: -M C SO
received a report from a
security report about the
panic alarm from the Bank
of EO in Heppner. It was
determined that employees
were running a test.
-MCSO received an
advise from Heppner Public
Works regarding Water St.
being c lo sed due to
h azard o u s
d riv in g
conditions.
-MCSO received a
request for contact regarding
a possible forgery.
-MCSO received a
complaint from a Heppner
bus driver that a fem ale
su b ject in a red N issan
pickup ran the red light on
the school bus. The bus
driver would like the driver
warned and advised next
time a citation should be
issued.
-M CSO issu ed a
citation to Felipe De Jesus
Chavez Fonseca, 24, for
violating the basic rule by
going 77 mph in a 55 mph
zone.
-M CSO issu ed a
citation to a juvenile male for
driving without a license,
violation of restrictions.
-MCSO received a
report that a female reporter
from Heppner advised she
was missing Tylenol-3 from
her residence.
-MCSO received a
report advising that some
pain pills were missing from
the reporter’s residence.
-MCSO received a
report about a red pick up
on the side or the road, a man
running down the side of the
road and passenger door
open.
-M C SO
issued
citation to a subject who had
no operating license and
failing to renew.
-MCSO received a
report of a motor vehicle
accident that occurred near
the Ag Muesum in Heppner.
There were no injuries; the
vehicle hit a curb. Heppner
Fire Department assisted.
-MCSO received a
report that the rep o rter’s
mother has been harassed on
the phone for the past two
days.
-MCSO received a
report that the rep o rter’s
wife was drunk and passed
out and began to become
vio len t. The re p o rte r/
husband, had scratches on
his face.
-BPD arrested Pedro
Alvan, 28, for Sodomy I,
Rape 1, U nlaw ful Sex
Penetration I, Sex Abuse I
and Contributing to Sexual
Delinquency of a Minor.
-BPD received a
report about a suspicious
vehicle that had been parked
at a residence for two days.
-BPD issued a

Olguin, 25, for no operating
licen se

driving
uninsured.
-BPD issued a

G eiger, 42, for violating
speed limit by going 31 mph
in a 20 mph school zone.

speed limit by going 42 mph

that hit something. It was
non-injury.
Nov. 28: -M C SO

C rane, 20, for failing to
a p p ea r fo r a m in o r in
possession.
-MCSO received an
au d ib le b u rg lary alarm
coming from the north entry
o f the M orrow C ounty
School District building in
Lexington. The alarm was
cancelled.

juvenile males for Sex Abuse
I in lrrigon.
-MCSO received a
request for contact regarding
the rep o rter's n e ig h b o r’s
dogs attempting to attack
him.

re p o rte r’s yard. M CSO
responded and the owner
was located and the horses
were returned.

citation to Andrew Benjamin
Kauffman, 42, for driving
while suspended and driving
without insurance.
-MCSO received a
report advising the reporter
had heard gunshots by her
residence in lrrigon.
-BPD issu ed a
citatio n to M elanie Lea
Troxell, 33, for violating the
speed limit by going 44 mph
in a 30 mph zone.

Boardman Ambulance with
a 16-year-old female whose
heart was racing.
-B PD issued a
c ita tio n to Tina Ann
Anfinson, 38, for driving
uninsured.
Nov. 30: -M C SO
received a report that the
male reporter from Heppner
could not get his water shut
off from under his house.
The pipes broke and it was
flooding his house.
-MCSO received a
report that there was a motor
vehicle accident that had
in ju ries in B oardm an.

Boardman Fire Department
assisted.
