something that appeared to
be something you smoke
methamphetamine with in
front of the school.
-MCSO received a
juvenile complaint from a
reporter staying at the motel
in Irrigon. The reporter
stated that they were running
by and knocked on his
window. The reporter
requested extra patrol.
-Boardman PD
received a report that a male
motorist gave the gas
attendant a driver’s license
to hold while he got out
some money. The driver’s
license turned out to be a
California ID belonging to a
female.
-Boardman PD
issued a citation to Evencio
Salas Birrueta, 18. for no
operating license and driving
uninsured.
-Boardman PD
received a report about the
reporter’s window being
shot at with a paint ball gun
in Boardman.
-Boardman PD
issued a citation to Rafael
Bajonero Hernandez. 32, for
no operating license and no
insurance.
Oct. 26: MCSO
cited a subject for violating
the speed limit for going 87
mph in a 65 mph zone.
-MCSO issued a
citation to Luke Sayze, 24.
for failing to renew
registration and driving
without required lighting.
-MCSO issued a
citation to Christy Ann
Schomas. 30. for violating
the speed limit by going 90
mph in a 65 mph zone.
-MCSO received a
report that the reporter from
lone had had a chop saw;
pick up batter, copper
wiring, and a propane heater
stolen.
-MCSO received a
report that the reporter saw
a subject shooting guns and
believed they were shooting
at animals that came down
into their garden.
-MC'SO received a
report that there were two
subjects at Patterson Ferry.
The subjects advised later
that they were going to move
on.
-MCSO sheriff
requested contact with a
female subject regarding a
box of puppies that she had
found. The sheriff wanted to
know if in fact she still had
the puppies.
-MCSO received a
report that the reporter had
been trying to reach an 85-
year-old male subject that
had been scheduled to ride
the bus and did not show up.
The subject’s line was busy
when the reporter attempted
contact.
-MCSO received a
request for assistance from
a female subject in
Boardman. Due to language
barrier officers were
dispatched to the residence
and it turned out to be about
an elderly male having chest
pains. Boardman Ambulance
assisted.
-MCSO received a
report about a deputy out
with a vehicle who had their
hazards lights on. The
vehicle turned out to be not
disabled; the subjects were
listening to the World Series
game.
-MCSO
and
Boardman PI) received a
report about a possible
missing person, for the male
subject had not returned
home to his usual time.
-MCSO received a
report about a 13-year-old
boy that was assaulted at
school in Irrigon.
-MCSO issued a
citation to Raul M.
Mendoza, 35, for violating
the basic rule, by going 75
mph in a 55 mph zone.
-MCSO and BPI)
received a request for law
enforcement by a 27-year-
old patient at Columbia
River Ranch who wanted the
staff to tell him why he is
there. The manager of the
Ranch called later and stated
that the patient is usually
calm but began to get
aggressive.
-MCSO arrested
Matthew Todd Meavoy, 18,
for Grand Jury Indictment
for Criminal Mischief I and
II.
-MCSO issued a
citation to Marvin Alex
Pourier, 42, for less than an
ounce of mari juana.
-MCSO received a
report about a vehicle
speeding up and slowing
down and not maintaining its
lane.
-Irrigon ED assisted
Irrigon High School for the
Bon Eire.
-Irrigon Ambulance
assisted a male with a back
pain who was a victim or
assault.
-BPD issued a
citation to Michelle Lynn
Fisher. 21. for driving while
suspended and driving
uninsured.
-BPD issued a
citation
Sergey
Yevgenyevich Astafyev for
violating a speed limit going
103 mph in a 65 mph zone.
-BPD arrested Lois
Ann Hibbitts, 40. for driving
under the influence of
intoxicates.
Oct. 27: MCSO
received a report about a
suspicious circumstance
involving a loud bang
outside Kinzua.
-MCSO received a
report about a water main
breakage near the library and
the bridge. Public works
were notified and they also
attempted to find the owner
of the goat.

report about laundry soap
taken from residence in
Irrigon. The reporter did not
want contact, just wanted
deputies to be aware of w hat
was going on in her
neighborhood.
-MC'SO received a
report that the reporter in
Irrigon found a bag of weed
in one of her drawers and she
and her kids Hushed it down
the toilet. She requested
deputy contact to search the
rest of her house.
-MCSO received a
reporter with the reporter
advising possible drug
activity in her neighbor’s
yard in Heppner.
-MC'SO received a
report about a male subject
forgetting to pay for his gas
in Irrigon, but he paid for his
beer.
-MCSO received a
report about a female
receiving assault from her
boyfriend.
-MCSO responded
to assist Boardman PD with
a theft that happened at
Boardman Foods. The
suspect was held and cited
and released.
-MCSO received a
report about a car that when
trying to turn around, got
stuck in the sand.
-MCSO received a
report about a suspicious
man in Irrigon who seemed
to be in his mid 50s and tends
to walk around with small
children.
-MCSO issued a
citation to Dennis Gene Ball,
52, for no operating license.
-MCSO issued a
citation to a subject who was
going 90 mph in a 65 mph
zone.
-MCSO issued a
citation to Nicolas Navarro,
33, for driving while
suspended.
-MCSO issued a
citation to Allen Haydon, 62,
for violating the basic rule,
going 73 mph in a 55 mph
zone.
